Kylie Jenner said her breast implants are 445 cc, moderate profile, partially under the muscle, and silicone. She also named Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Garth Fisher. The details came in a TikTok comment reported by Access Hollywood on June 3, 2025, after creator Rachel Leary asked about them.
What details did Kylie Jenner share?
In the comment quoted by Access Hollywood, Jenner wrote: “445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! silicone!!! garth fisher!!! hope this helps lol.” The outlet reported that she was responding to Rachel Leary’s TikTok post from June 2, 2025. Allure also reported the specifications and identified Fisher as a board-certified plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills.
Her comment names the volume, profile, placement, fill type and surgeon, but does not identify the implant manufacturer or model. “445 cc” alone therefore cannot be used to identify a specific product.
What do 445 cc and moderate profile mean?
“Cc” means cubic centimeters, a measure of implant volume. Moderate profile describes an implant’s projection in relation to its width; it is not a cup-size designation or a guarantee of a particular appearance. As plastic surgeon David Shafer explained to Glamour, body shape and proportions affect how the same implant measurements look. Chest diameter, height, implant size and projection all matter.

Shafer put the point directly: “If you’re somebody with a different body shape or size than Kylie and you put 445 in them, it’s not going to look the same.” Jenner’s figures describe her own reported implants, not a formula for someone else.
What does “half under the muscle” mean?
The phrase generally refers to partial placement behind the pectoralis muscle, often called dual-plane placement. In Allure’s explanation, the upper portion is behind the muscle while the lower portion sits behind breast tissue. Jenner’s brief comment does not provide further surgical details.

What does silicone mean here?
Jenner identified the fill as silicone. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) describes two broad fill types used in breast implants: saline and silicone gel. Both types have a silicone outer shell. The comment does not state a brand, model or other product-specific information.
What has Jenner said about the timing?
Allure reported that Jenner had previously discussed having breast surgery before her first pregnancy. On The Kardashians in 2023, she said the surgery was within six months of having Stormi and that her breasts were still healing. She also said: “I had beautiful breasts. Just gorgeous, perfect size. I just wish I never got them done to begin with.”
