KISS’s Alive! 50th Anniversary Super Deluxe Edition adds two complete, previously unreleased 1975 concerts: a July 20 performance in Davenport, Iowa, and a July 23 show in Wildwood, New Jersey. The anniversary release was announced with a November 21, 2025 release date. Its Super Deluxe version pairs four CDs with Blu-ray Audio, while the official KISS store also lists vinyl and picture-disc configurations.
What the anniversary edition adds
The set marks 50 years since KISS’s 1975 live album Alive!. Alongside a remaster of the original album, the expanded release presents newly mixed concert material drawn from original multi-track analog tapes. Eddie Kramer is credited with the new concert mixes. Musician Voice’s November 7, 2025 announcement coverage describes the complete contents and track listing.
The release description counts 120 tracks in the full set, 88 of them previously unreleased. These are figures given in the release coverage, not independently measured counts.
Where and when the two concerts were recorded
| Concert | Date | Venue | What is included |
|---|---|---|---|
| Davenport, Iowa | July 20, 1975 | RKO Orpheum Theatre | The second show at the venue, presented as a complete concert |
| Wildwood, New Jersey | July 23, 1975 | Wildwood Convention Hall | A complete concert |
Both performances come from KISS’s 1975 Dressed to Kill tour. Their set lists feature early staples including “Deuce,” “Strutter,” “Firehouse,” “Black Diamond” and “Cold Gin,” as well as solo performances.

What else is in the Super Deluxe set
The fourth CD expands the collection beyond the two headline concerts. It contains five Davenport rehearsal tracks and six songs recorded at Cleveland Music Hall on June 21, 1975. That makes the Super Deluxe edition the most extensively documented configuration in the release information: it combines the remastered album, the two full shows and additional rehearsal and Cleveland recordings.
How the physical editions differ
The formats listed by KISS include the four-CD/Blu-ray Audio Super Deluxe set, an eight-LP set with Blu-ray Audio, a deluxe picture-disc edition and a premium color-vinyl edition. The announcement gives the detailed audio formats for the Super Deluxe Blu-ray, but does not establish equivalent specifications or identical bonus contents for every vinyl package.
