He claimed he and the woman, identified in reports as Mabel, had discussed the scene in advance and that he had given her money beforehand. Contemporaneous reporting confirms that he made this explanation; it does not independently establish that the woman agreed to the prank or that the bill was paid.
What the viral video appeared to show
Know Your Meme reported that the stream took place on October 24, 2024. In the circulated clip, DumbDumbJeez says he left his wallet in the car and then leaves the restaurant while Mabel remains. The clip spread after it was removed from the Kick video-on-demand archive, according to the outlet’s October 25 account. The footage prompted viewers to characterize the incident as a dine-and-dash, but a short circulating clip does not by itself establish what happened before or after the recorded moment.
Complex later reported that the restaurant bill was $76. That is the amount reported for this incident, not an independently verified account of how or whether it was ultimately paid.
What DumbDumbJeez said after the ban
Know Your Meme reported that DumbDumbJeez was permanently banned from Kick on October 25, 2024, and that he responded with a video claiming the scene was scripted. Complex’s October 27 report likewise attributed to him the claim that Mabel had been in on the prank and that he had given her money beforehand. His explanation was that they had talked through what they were going to do; the available reporting does not independently verify that account, establish Mabel’s consent, or prove that she received payment.

That distinction matters: the streamer’s response is evidence of what he claimed, not confirmation that the scene was consensual or that the apparent bill was settled. The reports do not establish whether Kick accepted his explanation.
Why the ban drew attention
Complex reported that Kick co-founder Bijan Tehrani linked the incident to a $50,000 contest. Tehrani wrote on X: “This pathetic and now banned streamer did this while trying to win a contest for $50k. I’m disappointed this happened on Kick and we’ve got $50k for this lady if anyone can connect us,” as quoted by Complex. Know Your Meme also described the contest as offering a chance to win $50,000. The figure therefore refers to the contest and Tehrani’s stated offer to connect with Mabel, not a payment confirmed as made to her.

What Kick’s rules and appeals guidance say
Kick’s Community Guidelines describe enforcement options ranging from warnings and added restrictions to temporary or indefinite suspensions and permanent bans. They say severity and frequency can affect enforcement, and that a channel’s suspension history may contribute to a more severe ban. Those general rules do not identify the grounds Kick applied in this particular 2024 case.

For creators seeking a review, Kick’s May 11, 2026 appeals guide says to use the appeals email listed there and include a username, account email, suspension date and reason, an explanation of why review is warranted, and relevant context or evidence. Was the scene scripted, and is he still banned?
On the question of whether it was scripted, the supported answer is limited: DumbDumbJeez said it was and claimed he had discussed it with Mabel in advance. The contemporaneous reports reviewed do not independently settle whether that was true.
The reporting establishes a permanent ban was reported in October 2024, but it does not establish the account’s present status or whether the ban was later reversed. Kick’s current general policies cannot resolve that account-specific question.
