Khloé Kardashian has said that her family did not receive many of her late father Robert Kardashian’s belongings, and she has alleged that his wife near the end of his life took everything. That is Khloé’s account on her podcast—not a court finding or a verified inventory of what happened to Robert’s property.
What Khloé Kardashian said about her father’s belongings
In a December 10, 2025 report, TMZ described Khloé’s podcast remarks as an allegation that a woman who married Robert Kardashian near the end of his life took his belongings. The reporting attributes the claim to Khloé; it does not establish that every item was taken or independently verify what each family member received. TMZ’s report
Earlier, Khloé was quoted in a November 20, 2025 TV Insider report saying, “When my dad died [in 2003], things happened, and we didn’t get a lot of his stuff.” That account conveys the family’s experience, not a complete record of the property or its distribution. TV Insider’s report
How the Bible became a family keepsake
A specific object at the center of the story was Robert’s Bible. TMZ reported that it appeared at auction, that Kim Kardashian bought it back for a reported $80,000, and that she gave it to Khloé. This reported return of one keepsake does not show what happened to Robert’s other possessions.

Who was Ellen Pierson, and when did she marry Robert?
Ellen Pierson was Robert Kardashian’s third wife. TV Insider reports that they married about six weeks before his death in 2003. The timing is relevant background, but it does not by itself establish that Pierson kept or took any particular property.
What is known about the inheritance-related legal disputes?
TV Insider describes a 2013 dispute involving Robert’s children and Pierson after she sold stories from his diaries to the press. The children argued over copyright, and Pierson brought a separate defamation suit. TV Insider said it had no public information about the eventual outcomes, so the final legal results are not established in that coverage.
