Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos’ October 31, 2025 Halloween special on Live with Kelly and Mark turned trending pop culture into a rapid series of costumes. Reported looks included Labubu, Severance, Love Island, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, The Fantastic Four and Hamilton—but published accounts disagree on how many costumes the hosts wore.
What were Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos’ 2025 Halloween costumes?
The costumes drew on current entertainment and internet culture. ABC7 described the October 31 episode as “Live’s Halloween Show: It’s Trending,” and coverage named these examples:
- Labubu dolls and plush characters
- Characters from Severance
- Love Island-inspired contestants
- Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, including a look associated with Kelce’s New Heights podcast
- The Fantastic Four
- Hamilton
- Chappell Roan and Benson Boone in an American Idol spoof
Us Weekly’s gallery captions specifically described Ripa and Consuelos wearing podcast headphones for their Swift-and-Kelce portrayal, as well as dressing as characters from Severance. These are reported examples, not a complete inventory of every change the hosts made during the broadcast. (ABC7; Us Weekly; Entertainment Tonight)
How many costumes did they wear?
There is no agreed total in the published coverage. Us Weekly reported more than 60 different costumes, while Entertainment Tonight counted nine looks for each host during the one-hour broadcast. ABC7 reported that the hosts said they had lost track: “No idea. We lost track.” The accounts do not explain whether they counted costume changes and paired looks in the same way.
