Leah Goggins’s April 26, 2024, Yahoo Lifestyle report lists these ingredients:
- Curly kale, romaine, and red cabbage
- Cauliflower and radishes
- Chickpeas
- Dill pickles and fresh dill
The dressing summary includes mayonnaise, plain yogurt, buttermilk, fresh chives, fresh flat-leaf parsley, dried dill, dill pickle juice, white vinegar, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toasted panko breadcrumbs, cooked with butter and olive oil and seasoned with salt, finish the salad.

The report says Biegel described leftover dressing as keeping in the refrigerator for up to seven days. That is her reported recipe note, not general food-safety guidance.
