Kathy Griffin appeared on Sherri in a red bikini on Nov. 4, 2025—her 65th birthday. Reports also describe gold heels, a joke about having “no shame,” and a later change into a robe Griffin said belonged to Joan Rivers.

Griffin made her entrance in a red bikini. Parade also reports that she wore gold heels. E! says she responded to host Sherri Shepherd with, “I have no shame.” E! News and Parade both place the appearance on Nov. 4, 2025, Griffin’s 65th birthday.
The robe she said belonged to Joan Rivers
Later in the appearance, Griffin put on a robe she identified as belonging to her late friend and mentor Joan Rivers. E! described it as blue; Parade called it teal. The reports differ on the color, but agree on Griffin’s explanation of the robe’s connection to Rivers.
What the reports say about the interview
E! and Parade report that Griffin and Shepherd discussed dating apps and a match with John Mayer. That is coverage of what came up in the interview, not independent confirmation of details about Mayer.
