Catherine, Princess of Wales, joined Prince William at Everton’s Hill Dickinson Stadium in Liverpool on September 10, 2026, for an event connected to the launch of On Your Side, a suicide-prevention resource. Reports described it as her first public appearance since the summer break and an unscheduled addition to William’s engagement. That timing is a description of the September appearance—not confirmation that it was her latest public appearance as of October 8.
Where and when Kate Middleton appeared
Kate and William appeared at Hill Dickinson Stadium, home of Everton Football Club, in Liverpool on September 10, 2026. ¡HOLA! reported that Kate’s arrival was not on the official schedule and framed it as her first public step-out since the summer break. ¡HOLA!’s September 10 report covers the event and its timing.
What the engagement was about
The appearance was connected to the launch of On Your Side, described in the coverage as a suicide-prevention resource. Parade also placed the engagement on World Suicide Prevention Day. The reports do not provide outcome or effectiveness figures for the resource, so the event should not be read as evidence of its measured impact.
What “first in over a month” means
The headline’s timing reflects how the September 10 appearance was framed in contemporary coverage: as Kate’s first public appearance since the summer break. Parade called it her first public engagement since the summer vacation, while ¡HOLA! reported that her appearance was an unscheduled addition. A public appearance and an officially scheduled engagement are not the same thing; the reports describe both her presence at this event and its absence from the expected schedule.

The official Royal Family pages provide context for that distinction. The Court Circular is the record of past engagements, while the Royal Diary lists scheduled engagements up to eight weeks ahead. The surfaced entries do not independently confirm this event: Court Circulars and the Royal Diary.
Because the event was in September and this account is current to October 8, 2026, it does not establish that this was Kate’s most recent appearance by that later date.

What Kate wore
Parade identified Kate’s outfit as a cornflower-blue Edeline Lee pantsuit. That is a fashion credit reported by the outlet, not an indication of royal endorsement or confirmation that the same outfit is currently available. Parade’s September 10 coverage includes the outfit detail.

The coverage establishes a public engagement, not information about Kate’s health or private circumstances. The interval between reported appearances is not a basis for drawing medical conclusions.
