What happened in Timberlake’s legal case?
Timberlake was arrested in Sag Harbor on June 18, 2024 and was initially charged with a misdemeanor DWI-related offense. The later legal outcome was different: the Associated Press reported that he pleaded guilty to impaired driving in September 2024 and that the initial misdemeanor charge was reduced to a noncriminal traffic violation.
That distinction matters when describing the image: it is an arrest booking photograph, not proof of conviction for the original misdemeanor charge.
