After finishing Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 through episode 47, start the manga at Chapter 138. That is the cleanest next chapter, based on the season’s closing episode and the manga chapter sequence. The official sources support this handoff, though they do not publish an episode-by-episode adaptation chart.

Why Chapter 138 is the recommended starting point

The official anime episode index lists Season 2 through episode 47, titled “Shibuya Incident: Gate, Closed.” Its summary places the finale at the end of the Shibuya Incident and describes the events that set up what follows.

In the manga, Shueisha’s official Volume 16 contents include Chapter 137. VIZ’s official chapter catalog lists Chapter 138 after Chapter 137. Taken together, those sources make Chapter 138 the practical continuation after the anime finale. This is an editorial mapping from the episode endpoint and chapter order, not an explicit official statement that episode 47 adapts through Chapter 137.

How to continue in digital or print

Format What to use What to know
Digital chapters Open VIZ’s chapter listing and continue at Chapter 138. VIZ says the latest free chapters available in a reader’s location are on partner site MANGA Plus, so access varies by region. Check the catalog for your location; do not assume every chapter is free.
Print Volume 16 is the relevant collection to check. Shueisha’s listing confirms Volume 16 contains Chapter 137. Read that chapter for a little overlap, then continue at Chapter 138; check the contents of the edition you are buying.

If you want a quick recap before moving on

Begin at Chapter 137 if you would rather revisit the manga material near the Season 2 endpoint before continuing. Otherwise, skip to Chapter 138 to avoid rereading content the anime has already covered. The official episode 47 summary itself gives a brief account of the finale’s closing events, so readers who only need a reminder can review that page without starting the manga earlier.
