The Japanese anime website’s July 3, 2023 schedule placed the Shibuya Incident after the season’s first arc and two recap broadcasts. The listed dates were historical Japanese broadcast dates:

What comes before the Shibuya Incident?
Season 2 is divided between two story arcs. Hidden Inventory/Premature Death looks back at an earlier period; the Shibuya Incident returns to Yuji Itadori’s time. Crunchyroll described that shift in its August 24, 2023 coverage of the arc’s trailer and key visual. The two recap broadcasts aired between the arcs, rather than being a new story arc.

Which episodes are part of the arc?
Crunchyroll’s episode listings identify episode 32 as “Shibuya Incident” and episode 33 as “Shibuya Incident – Gate, Open.” Those titles help locate the arc’s start in the season, but they are not a complete episode-by-episode guide.
Where can you watch the Shibuya Incident now?
In August 2023, Crunchyroll said it would continue streaming new Season 2 episodes as they aired in Japan. That statement describes the arrangement at the time; it does not establish current availability in every country. Check your local streaming catalog for the season and for the subtitle or dub languages you need.

Do not assume that the book is included with every retailer’s edition; confirm the contents of the specific package before buying.

Shueisha’s official catalog describes a Japanese-language Season 2 guidebook covering both arcs. Its listed contents include episode explanations, character introductions, setting materials, cast and staff discussions, artist comments, and comments and illustrations from Gege Akutami. Confirm the language and availability of the edition offered where you shop.

Yes, as a historical event in Japan. Crunchyroll reported that episodes 41–44 were scheduled for a one-week theatrical presentation in 30 Japanese theaters beginning March 29, 2024, in connection with the fourth and fifth Season 2 Blu-ray volumes. This was a dated presentation, not evidence of current or ongoing screenings.
