What happened at LAX?
On June 5, 2024, Entertainment Tonight reported that photographs showed Siwa and Alvarado kissing and embracing at Los Angeles International Airport. Its account placed the sighting in late May. Hollywood Life reported the following day that the photographs had been obtained by Page Six. These accounts describe what the published images appeared to show; they are not an official statement from either person.
PerthNow also covered the sighting on June 7, 2024. The reports are about a past event, not a current airport encounter.
Who are JoJo Siwa and Madison Rouge Alvarado?
They had a professional connection through season 18 of So You Think You Can Dance: Siwa was a judge, and Alvarado competed, reaching the top three. That context explains why they were known to each other professionally, but it does not establish when or how any personal relationship began.

In its June 5 report, Entertainment Tonight also quoted Siwa praising Alvarado’s performance despite being in pain: “In between takes you were in pain. But during the takes you would have never known,” Siwa said on the show. The comment concerned Alvarado’s work as a contestant, not the airport photographs.

The cited June 2024 coverage did not confirm that they were a couple. Entertainment Tonight said it was unclear whether they were together, and Hollywood Life reported that neither had publicly commented on their status at the time. A kiss shown in photographs is evidence of the reported moment, not enough on its own to establish a relationship label or its duration.
