Wahi video kisi doosre connection par chalakar dekhein, phir YouTube quality kam karein, app/device refresh karein, aur JioFiber ho to MyJio diagnostics chalayein. Ek video ka rukna apne aap mein Jio outage ya router fault ka saboot nahi hai.
Sabse pehle samjhein: aap kis tarah ka stream dekh rahe hain?
“Pre-recorded live stream” se murad kisi khatam ho chuke livestream ka replay, Premiere, ya chal rahe live event ki playback ho sakti hai. Neeche diye gaye playback checks teeno par lagu hote hain. Agar sirf ek replay rukta hai, to support ko batate waqt us baat ka zikr karein. Yeh viewer-side troubleshooting hai; ismein aapko broadcast ya stream key set up karne ki zaroorat nahi.
1. Jaanchein ki internet connection khud drop ho raha hai ya nahi
YouTube ke alawa koi app ya website kholkar dekhein. Agar mumkin ho, usi Jio connection par doosra device bhi test karein. Agar ek hi waqt mein kai services ya devices par internet ruk raha hai, to pehle connection ya home network ki jaanch karein; abhi ise YouTube ki alag problem na maan lein. Jio video buffering ya freezing ke liye network connection check karne ki salah deta hai.
2. Connection badal kar wahi video dobara chalaayein
- Jio mobile data par hain: Wi-Fi par switch karein, agar uplabdh ho. Wi-Fi par hain to mobile data se test karein, agar aapke paas hai; mobile data ke charges ya plan ki shartein lagu ho sakti hain.
- Wahi video aur mumkin ho to wahi playback point kholkar dekhein.
- Nateeja note karein: doosre connection par video chalna connection path ki taraf ishara karta hai, lekin isse exact wajah sabit nahi hoti.
YouTube bhi doosre internet connection par playback test karne ko kehta hai. Agar alternate connection uplabdh nahi, neeche ke app aur device checks par jaayein.

3. YouTube playback quality kam karein
- Video player mein Settings kholein.
- Quality chunein.
- Jo lower quality option uplabdh ho, use select karke playback test karein.
Kam quality se ek baar mein playback ke liye kam data ki zaroorat pad sakti hai. Yeh diagnostic aur workaround hai, guaranteed fix nahi. Agar quality kam karne ke baad bhi disconnect ho, agla step karein.
4. App ko refresh karein aur device restart/update karein
- YouTube app band karke dobara kholein, phir video retry karein.
- Mobile device par, agar system option deta hai, settings mein YouTube app ka cache clear karke test karein. Menu ke naam operating system aur version ke hisaab se alag ho sakte hain.
- Phone, computer ya TV restart karein. YouTube app ya browser aur device software ke available updates check karein.
- TV par restart ke baad YouTube app par lautkar video dobara chalaayein.
5. Doosre supported device par test karein
Wahi video, usi Jio connection par kisi doosre supported device mein chalaayein. Agar wahan sahi chalta hai, to pehle device ya uski YouTube app par dhyan dein. Agar kai devices aur apps ek hi connection par fail ho rahe hain, to Jio connection ki jaanch aur support zyada relevant hai.

6. JioFiber hai to MyJio diagnostics chalaayein
- MyJio kholein aur apni Home/Fiber service se juda section chunein.
- JioCare ya Run Diagnostics kholein, jo aapke app mein uplabdh ho.
- App ke current instructions follow karein. Agar Fix Now aaye, use chalaakar phir connection test karein.
MyJio diagnostics connection ya router se judi sthitiyan dikha sakti hain, jaise slow speed, low signal, router offline, configuration error, ya device overload. App ke tabs aur labels badal sakte hain; apne service ke liye dikh rahe vartamaan labels follow karein. Yeh nirdesh JioFiber ke liye hain; Jio mobile data ya AirFiber par wahi menu hona zaroori nahi.
7. Jio support ko kya jaankari dein
Agar kai services/devices prabhavit hain, ya diagnostics ke baad bhi samasya bani hai, Jio ke support portal mein apni service ke mutabik mobile internet, slow mobile internet, JioFiber connectivity, Wi-Fi coverage ya TV buffering ka troubleshooting path dekhein; portal par support chat bhi hai.
