She also addressed speculation about a brow lift, describing her own brow-related treatments in her words.
What Jennifer Love Hewitt posted
In a sequence of Instagram Stories, Hewitt used dramatic appearance-altering filters and sarcastic captions in response to comments that she looked different. Allure reported the Stories on September 4, 2023, and Hollywood Life also described the response after a photo featuring Hewitt’s new hairstyle. Allure’s September 4 account and Hollywood Life’s September 7 account report on the exchange.
One of the captions, as reproduced by Allure, read: “JK. But seriously let people be filtered or unfiltered. Be good. Be kind. Spread love.” The filters made the contrast central to the message: online viewers cannot reliably infer what someone has or has not done from how a photo looks.
What she said about brow-lift speculation
In a video from the Stories, Hewitt said she had heard people claim she had a brow-lifting procedure. Allure transcribed her as saying: “The only thing that I’ve done is microblading with Audrey, who I love.” Allure identifies Audrey as microblading artist Audrey Glass. This is Hewitt’s reported statement, not an independently verified account of her medical history.

Hewitt also said she had been using Rare Beauty Brow Harmony Flexible Lifting Gel and suggested it could explain why people were discussing her brows. She named the product; the report does not establish that the gel medically lifts brows or confirm whether she has had any cosmetic procedures.
