What Jennifer Lawrence has said about plastic surgery
There is no single, complete public account of Jennifer Lawrence’s medical history in these interviews. Her statements instead address specific rumors and choices: she denied having a nose job, said she uses Botox, discussed interest in buccal fat removal, and described a plan for breast surgery. Those remarks do not establish that every procedure she has discussed was performed.
In a November 2023 conversation with Kylie Jenner for Interview, Lawrence said, “I’ve had the exact same nose.” That is her denial of a nose job, not independent verification of her medical history.
Her later comments are more specific about treatments and plans. In a November 2025 profile, she said she gets Botox and had not had a facelift. In Vogue’s September 2026 interview, she again described getting a limited amount of Botox. The New Yorker also reported that she planned breast surgery in November 2025; neither that profile nor the corroborating Glamour report specified the procedure type or confirmed that it took place.

What she said changed her appearance
Lawrence addressed speculation about her face in the 2023 Interview conversation. She said makeup artist Hung Vanngo overlined her lips, which she said led people to think she had undergone eye surgery. She also joked about claims of “full plastic surgery” and attributed changes in her face between ages 19 and 30 to growing up, aging, and losing baby weight in her face: “I grew up. I lost baby weight in my face, and my face changed because I’m aging.”
Her account offers context for why makeup and ordinary facial changes can fuel rumors, but it should not be treated as proof about any procedure beyond the specific statements she made. Photographs and online speculation cannot establish whether someone has had surgery.

Botox, fillers, and acting
Lawrence said she gets Botox but wants to preserve facial movement for acting. In the November 2025 New Yorker profile, she described that concern and said she did not want fillers because they show on camera. In Vogue’s September 3, 2026 interview, she put it this way: “I need to have movement in my face—I get baby Botox, but I can’t do a lot.”
These comments describe her preferences and reported Botox use; they are not a recommendation or a complete treatment history. She also told The New Yorker she had not had a facelift.

Buccal fat removal and fat transfers: interest is not confirmation
In Vogue’s 2026 interview, Lawrence said she was interested in buccal fat removal, while adding that she could not have it because people would know. She also said she was nervous about fat transfers. The interview does not say that she underwent either procedure. Her remarks are about interest and reservations, not completed surgery.
What is known about the breast-surgery plan
The New Yorker reported that Lawrence planned breast surgery in November 2025 ahead of a nude scene the following spring. She said her body had not bounced back in the same way after her second child, remarking, “Second one, nothing bounced back.” The profile did not name the planned procedure. Glamour likewise reported that its type was unspecified.
