Jeff Lewis said he was “not that affected” after The Real Housewives of New York City star Brynn Whitfield called him a “pig” on Watch What Happens Live. Lewis responded on his SiriusXM show two days later, criticizing her remark and her behavior on RHONY.
What Lewis said in response
Whitfield made the remark during her December 3, 2024, appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. She used the phrase “A lady doesn’t wrestle with pigs,” then identified Lewis as the pig, according to Us Weekly’s account of the episode.
On December 5, Lewis addressed it on Jeff Lewis Live. “For whatever reason, I’m not that affected by her calling me a pig,” he said on the broadcast, as reported by SiriusXM. He also questioned the insult and criticized Whitfield’s conduct on RHONY. Those characterizations were Lewis’s opinions, not established facts.
Why Whitfield and Lewis were feuding
The conflict traced back to a 2023 episode of Jeff Lewis Live featuring RHONY cast member Erin Lichy. Lewis asked how Whitfield made money and raised the possibility that her income was “supplemented.” Lichy reportedly pushed back on the implication. The exchange became part of the RHONY season 15 storyline, according to Us Weekly and Bravo. The reported dispute does not establish anything about Whitfield’s finances.
