What happens in Dragon Ball DAIMA episode 2?
The official Dragon Ball episode-2 announcement says Gomah’s conspiracy has made Goku and his friends small. They decide to travel to the Demon Realm and begin preparing for the journey. Goku gets his Nyoibo again and is excited about the new adventure; then Glorio appears.

Why Goku’s Nyoibo and the Demon Realm matter
The Demon Realm is not just a mention in the episode synopsis: it is the destination the group chooses as they prepare to leave. The series announcement describes the Demon Realm as the setting and identifies Glorio and Panzy among the new characters. The official series announcement also gives the Japanese premiere as October 11, 2024, at 11:40 p.m. JST.

Goku recovering his Nyoibo—the staff he is excited to have again—adds a familiar piece of his adventure to a story that is moving into unfamiliar territory. The official synopsis confirms the reunion and his enthusiasm, without explaining more about the staff’s role in this episode.
Who is Glorio?
Glorio is introduced in the official episode synopsis as a “mysterious young Majin.” His appearance at the end of the announcement’s setup makes him the episode’s clearest new-character hook. The official series announcement also names Panzy as a new character, but the episode-2 synopsis does not describe her role in this installment.

Dragon Ball DAIMA episode 2 music
The episode’s opening theme is “Jaka Jaan” by Zedd feat. C&K, and its ending theme is “NAKAMA” by Zedd feat. AI. The official episode announcement says non-credit versions of both animations were released.

Toei Animation’s October 2024 press release said subtitled streaming on Crunchyroll began October 11, 2024, in the United States, Canada, Latin America including Brazil, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, India, and Southeast Asia, with new weekly subtitled episodes simulcast with the Japanese television broadcast. That describes the initial rollout, not a guarantee of present-day availability in every country.
The official DAIMA site’s worldwide outlet list currently includes Crunchyroll and Netflix, as well as services specific to certain regions. Catalogs differ by territory and can change, so check the services available where you live.
