Randy Fenoli is no longer Kleinfeld’s Fashion Director, a role he held from 2007 to 2012. He remains connected to the salon as a bridal designer and makes appearances there on selected dates, but he is not present every day and a meeting is not guaranteed with a standard appointment.

Kleinfeld’s official designer biography says Fenoli served as Fashion Director at its New York salon from 2007 to 2012. That staff position is in the past; it should not be confused with his current appearances or his work as a gown designer.
Does Randy Fenoli still appear at Kleinfeld?
Yes, on selected dates. Kleinfeld’s FAQ says: “While Randy is not in the store every day, he is often on the showroom floor eager to meet and work with brides during his trunk shows or other select weekends.”
Kleinfeld’s homepage also invites visitors to meet Randy and directs them to upcoming appearances. His availability depends on the schedule, so an ordinary salon appointment does not ensure that he will be there.
