Dispatch Season 2 has not been confirmed. In a September 22, 2026 interview, AdHoc Studio creative leads Nick Herman and Dennis Lenart said the possibility was still undecided; no release date or production schedule has been announced in the sources available as of October 8, 2026.
Has Dispatch Season 2 been confirmed?
No. Herman, AdHoc Studio’s COO and a creative director on Dispatch, answered a question about a possible second season: “To be honest, the answer is, we don’t know.” He said the team had focused on finishing the first game and that it was too early to speculate. The interviewer framed Season 2 as hypothetical, not as a project already in development. Popverse’s September 22, 2026 interview also includes Lenart’s deliberately noncommittal response: “Yeah. Well, can’t tip our hat too much about what could or could not come.” Neither comment confirms a sequel.
What did the developers say earlier?
In November 2025, AdHoc co-founder Pierre Shorette said the studio would have to think about a second season after Dispatch’s strong start. That suggested the possibility was worth considering, but did not amount to approval or a production greenlight. Herman’s later remarks make the current position clearer: the studio had not decided whether another season would happen. IGN reported Shorette’s comments in November 2025.
Is there a release date or season window?
No verified release date, release window, production schedule, platform, or distribution format for a second season has been established in the available sources. Any specific timing circulating online should be treated as speculation, not an announced schedule.

Does Dispatch’s success make a second season likely?
It provides context, but it is not evidence of a sequel commitment. AdHoc’s homepage reports more than 4 million players and 4.4 billion views for Dispatch. Separately, an Epic Games developer interview published in 2026 reports that the game sold more than 1 million copies in its first 10 days after its 2025 release. These figures describe the first game’s reach and sales; AdHoc’s latest direct comments still leave Season 2 undecided. AdHoc Studio’s homepage and Epic Games’ interview with AdHoc provide those figures.
What does AdHoc’s “More to come” wording mean?
AdHoc’s About page records Dispatch’s October 2025 release and ends with the general phrase “More to come.” It does not identify that phrase as a Season 2 announcement. Without a specific statement naming another season, it should not be read as confirmation. AdHoc’s About page does not announce a sequel.
