No official source establishes that Cabba is stronger than Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta. The cited Dragon Ball profiles describe them in separate story contexts: Cabba is overpowered by Vegeta in their Universe 6-versus-7 tournament fight, while SS4 Gogeta dominates Yi-Shinron after fusing. Neither profile supplies a shared scale or a direct verdict, so any ranking between them is a fan inference—not a confirmed franchise fact.
What the official material actually says
The official Dragon Ball character profiles offer evidence about each fighter in a different matchup. They do not describe a battle between Cabba and Gogeta, compare their power numerically, or rank their versions across series.

Why the Cabba argument does not settle it
The usual case for Cabba rests on scaling from his fight with Vegeta: if Cabba can contend with a powerful version of Vegeta, a fan may infer that he belongs at an exceptionally high level. But the profile does not say Cabba equals Vegeta in every form or at every point in the story. Its account ends with Vegeta transforming into Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan and defeating Cabba with one blow.
To turn that scene into a comparison with SS4 Gogeta, the argument must also decide how Vegeta’s Super-era forms and feats relate to the separate GT continuity. The cited official material does not supply that bridge. Cabba’s tournament showing is evidence about that specific encounter, not an official conversion formula for cross-series power.

Why Gogeta’s GT feats do not create an official ranking either
Gogeta’s profile gives a strong case for his power within the GT account: SS4 Goku and Vegeta cannot match Yi-Shinron, but their fusion puts the opponent at Gogeta’s mercy. It also calls him “the ultimate Fusion warrior with power far surpassing the two individually.” That supports the fusion’s superiority to its components as described there; it does not establish how Gogeta compares with Cabba.
The same profile says the fusion lasts ten minutes, although fusions usually last thirty, and attributes the shorter duration to the immense power involved in combining two Super Saiyan 4 fighters. It also says the fusion dissolves as Gogeta charges a second Big Bang Kamehameha. The limit matters to how long he can remain fused, but it is not a power ranking against Cabba.

What a fair comparison can—and cannot—conclude
- Known from the profiles: Cabba becomes a Super Saiyan in the tournament account and is defeated after Vegeta transforms; SS4 Gogeta is described as vastly stronger than SS4 Goku and Vegeta individually and controls his fight with Yi-Shinron.
- Reasonable fan inference: A reader can argue that Cabba’s relationship to Vegeta, or Gogeta’s fusion advantage and performance against Yi-Shinron, points toward one fighter being stronger. Each route depends on assumptions about how feats and forms transfer between separate series contexts.
- Not established: an official Cabba-over-Gogeta or Gogeta-over-Cabba verdict, a shared power level, or a numerical multiplier between them. The official material also does not present a shared opponent for a direct comparison.
Official Dragon Ball material also discusses Cabba and SS4 Gogeta in a Legends feature, but contextual descriptions of characters in a mobile game do not provide the missing cross-series ranking. Official Dragon Ball Legends feature.

“Cabba is stronger than SS4 Gogeta” is not an official conclusion. Nor do the cited profiles settle the reverse claim. The most accurate answer is that their documented feats belong to separate story contexts, and the available official sources do not provide a direct basis for ranking them against each other.
