No available reporting confirms that Belle Delphine and Oliver Tree dated. What prompted the rumor?
In early November 2022, Oliver Tree posted a TikTok video of himself kissing Belle Delphine, captioned, “What finding love on the internet looks like,” according to Distractify. Viewers speculated that the clip meant they were dating.
The post establishes that a kiss appeared in a public video; it does not, by itself, establish a private relationship. Distractify reported no indication that the two were actually together, while Indy100 characterized the clip as playful and not to be taken literally. Those are the outlets’ assessments, not a direct confirmation from either person about the video’s intent.
Does Delphine’s earlier partner disclosure identify Tree?
No. Coverage of a 2020 appearance on the Happy Hour podcast reported that Delphine said she had a partner but did not name that person. Indy100 and Capital repeated reporting that the relationship had lasted three years at that point; neither account identifies the partner as Tree.

Online speculation about the unnamed partner’s identity is not confirmation. The cited coverage does not substantiate a name, and the 2020 disclosure is separate from the 2022 video.
What can be said about Delphine’s relationship status?
The cited reports do not establish her current relationship status. Distractify noted that it was unclear whether the partner mentioned in earlier coverage was still with her. That historical disclosure cannot answer who she may be dating now.

A 2020 VICE profile describes Delphine’s online persona as deliberately absurd and notes her privacy. That context is a reason not to read provocative online content automatically as literal, but it does not prove what she or Tree intended with the later video.
