Spoilers for Invincible Seasons 3 and 4: Yes—Conquest survives the Season 3 finale. Mark and Atom Eve defeat him, but the post-credits scene reveals that Cecil’s Global Defense Agency recovered him alive. Season 4 later changes his status: he escapes custody, then Mark kills him again in episode 5. The grave shown in episode 6 is a fake-out, not evidence of another escape.
How Conquest survives the Season 3 finale
In “I Thought You’d Never Shut Up,” the eighth and final episode of Season 3, Conquest’s fight with Mark appears to end in his death. Mark defeats him with Atom Eve’s help, then falls into a monthlong coma. The post-credits scene overturns the apparent outcome: Cecil’s Global Defense Agency has recovered Conquest’s badly injured body.

Mark kills him again
Conquest’s next apparent death is real: Mark kills him in Season 4 episode 5, as reported in TechRadar’s recap of the episode.
The episode 6 grave is a fake-out
Episode 6 uses a grave scene to tease the possibility that Conquest has returned. In the reported scene, the grave remains undisturbed, so it does not show him escaping or surviving the second killing. TechRadar explains the moment in its episode 6 coverage.
