Reports from 2010 and 2023 offer snapshots—not a verified list of what he owns today—and the Accord’s story is as much about friendship and hands-on car work as it is about its unusual Bel-Air-inspired shape.
What cars has T-Pain talked about owning?
In a June 2023 report, Edmunds named a 2009 Bugatti Veyron, Ferrari and Rolls-Royce vehicles in T-Pain’s collection. The report gives the Veyron’s output as 1,001 horsepower and quotes T-Pain praising its power and distinctiveness: “It’s hard to beat 1,001 horsepower — and it’s such a unique and iconic car.” That is a reported specification and his view of the car, not a current inventory check.
An earlier snapshot comes from a Gulf News interview published around 2010. T-Pain said, “I own 32 cars in the garage as we speak and I drive a Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead Coupe, 72 Impala.” Gulf News also put the collection’s estimated value at about $4 million (Dh15 million). Those are dated claims: the count was T-Pain’s self-report, and the value was a publication estimate, not an independently verified or current valuation. Gulf News’ interview does not establish what remains in his garage today.
Why the Bel-Cord stands out
The Bel-Cord started life as a 1994 Honda Accord, then was reshaped in homage to a 1956 Chevrolet Bel-Air. In the 2023 accounts, T-Pain said he bought the Accord from mechanic Rob Robinson after Robinson’s shop, Auto Extremes, had serviced one of his cars. The purchase led to a lasting friendship, giving the project a personal history beyond its custom styling. Edmunds, HollywoodLife and Modern Luxury cover the car from different angles.

Modern Luxury describes the eBay Motors build with a cat-back exhaust, brake kit, double-DIN touchscreen head unit, backup camera and LED underglow. Edmunds also lists an exhaust, brakes, underbody lighting, touchscreen head unit with Bluetooth, backup camera, alternator and battery as part of the refresh. The reports use different levels of detail, so they are best read as overlapping descriptions rather than one definitive parts manifest.
HollywoodLife reports T-Pain describing one-off wheels, a custom air-ride setup and a body molded into one piece. He said, “The whole car is molded into one piece.” In the same interview, he described being protective of the Accord, even as he was more relaxed about people interacting with his Ferrari and a Rolls-Royce that was then on its way in. That account captures how he regarded the Bel-Cord in 2023; it does not confirm ownership of those other cars now.

What the build says about his approach to cars
The Bel-Cord sits at a different end of the garage story from the Veyron and luxury marques: an older everyday model transformed into a one-off custom car, with its significance tied to the people behind the work. T-Pain has also spoken about the satisfaction of learning repairs firsthand. Recalling the first time a repair worked, he told Modern Luxury, “That first ‘it’s alive’ is just pure euphoria.”
For someone starting out, T-Pain’s advice in the Edmunds interview was to begin with a basic tune-up and look at spark plugs, the air filter and the fuel filter. That is his interview guidance, not a substitute for a vehicle’s service manual or a mechanic’s diagnosis; the correct checks and replacement intervals depend on the specific car.

How eBay Motors fits into the story
The Accord’s modifications made sourcing compatible components part of the project. T-Pain credited eBay Motors with helping find parts, saying, “Yo, eBay Motors has come through with actual parts for this car.” HollywoodLife connected the build with the 2023 “Renew Your Ride” campaign, and Modern Luxury also covered the partnership. T-Pain discussed eBay Motors’ Guaranteed Fit feature in the context of finding parts for a modified car. These are reports of a past collaboration; they do not establish that the campaign or any related affiliate program is available now.

The public accounts provide dated glimpses rather than a live tour. The 2010 interview’s 32-car count and estimated collection value belong to that period; the 2023 coverage names several vehicles and documents the Bel-Cord build. None establishes T-Pain’s exact current inventory, whether he still owns every named vehicle, or the present value of his collection.
