The official sequel is Spinal Tap II: The End Continues, but the specific feature promised by the headline “Inside ‘Spinal Tap 2’: The Movie’s Stars Tell All” could not be identified. Its outlet, interview subjects and claims are unverified, so there is no reliable basis for attributing quotes or anecdotes to that feature. What is confirmed is the film’s returning cast, reunion-concert premise and release information.

What is the sequel about?
Sony’s synopsis describes estranged bandmates reuniting to prepare for a concert. Sony’s Australia page adds that they search for a drummer ahead of a reunion concert in New Orleans. That market-specific synopsis supports the drummer-search detail; it should not be mistaken for a verified account of what the missing feature says.
When was Spinal Tap II released?
Release dates varied by territory: the official Spinal Tap channel listed September 12, 2025, for U.S. theaters and IMAX, while Sony’s UK page listed September 25, 2025. The official channel and Sony UK provide those respective dates.

What can be confirmed about the soundtrack and streaming?
The Associated Press reported that the soundtrack album The End Continues was released alongside the film. Its report confirms the album, but not a particular physical format or current retail offer. Read the AP report.
Hulu has a page for the movie, but a title page alone does not establish that playback is currently available in every country. Check the service in your territory for current access.
What did the stars say in the feature named by this headline?
The exact feature could not be located, so its interview subjects, statements and quotations are not established. Separate coverage does exist: KCRW published an interview with Reiner on September 13, 2025, and CinemaBlend published a related interview with the principal performers and Reiner. Those are distinct interviews and cannot be presented as the contents of the unidentified feature.
