Jennifer Lawrence’s former Beverly Hills home was reported as a $7 million purchase by ¡HOLA!, but Architectural Digest and Realtor.com later put her 2014 purchase at about $8.2 million. Realtor.com subsequently reported an $11 million off-market sale in September 2025 and an $11.5 million relisting in April 2026. That relisting is a historical report, not confirmation that the property is currently for sale.
Why the reported price is not settled at $7 million
The $7 million figure comes from ¡HOLA!’s March 2022 account. Architectural Digest and Realtor.com each report that Lawrence bought the home in 2014 for about $8.2 million. The sources do not explain the discrepancy, so the headline figure should not be treated as the definitive transaction price.

Realtor.com reported that the property sold off-market for $11 million in September 2025, then reported a return to the market at $11.5 million in April 2026. Those are reported transaction and asking figures, not an independent valuation or evidence of profit. The available accounts do not establish renovation expenses, taxes, fees, or other costs needed to calculate a return.
What the house is reported to look like
The home is described as Hamptons-inspired, set among mature trees and landscaped grounds in Beverly Hills’ Hidden Valley Estates. Architectural Digest says it was built in 1991 and spans about 5,500 square feet. ¡HOLA! gives a slightly different size, 5,550 square feet. These are published descriptions rather than a verified measurement.

Entry and living areas
Realtor.com’s April 2026 account of the listing describes custom marble flooring in the entry and a sweeping staircase. In the living room, the listing report notes floor-to-ceiling windows and a marble fireplace. A separate family room is described with built-in shelves, a private bar, beverage refrigerator, and icemaker. These details come from the later listing description, not an independent inspection.
Kitchen and dining
The same listing account describes a custom kitchen with a La Cornue range, a built-in Miele coffee system, and a Carrara marble island that opens to the formal dining area. A breakfast nook sits by windows with access to the backyard. The report does not establish who selected or owns the appliances.

Bedrooms and renovation
Architectural Digest says Lawrence renovated the home, replacing floors with marble and hardwood and converting two bedrooms into a dressing and glam room and a living space. Realtor.com’s 2025 story likewise says an earlier listing marketed four bedrooms after two rooms had been converted to a dressing room and sitting area.
Bedroom and bathroom counts differ by account: Architectural Digest describes five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms; the April 2026 listing report gives five bedrooms and six bathrooms; and ¡HOLA! says five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. These conflicting descriptions do not establish a definitive current room count.

Reports emphasize the landscaped grounds as a major feature. ¡HOLA! mentions an outdoor lap pool and koi pond. Realtor.com’s 2026 listing account describes a secluded pool, grassy lounging area, koi pond, outdoor fireplace, fire pit, and outdoor seating. Architectural Digest also notes mature trees and park-like grounds.

Buying a property does not establish that someone lived there. Realtor.com says property records suggest Lawrence may have purchased the home as a California base for her parents, but the article says it is unclear whether she personally occupied it. The available reporting does not support calling it her primary residence.
Realtor.com’s 2026 account says the listing described the residence as renovated and credited AD100 firm Clements Design. That is an attribution reported from listing copy, not a direct confirmation from the design firm or a named designer.
