Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes’ restaurant is 1587 Prime, a contemporary steakhouse they co-founded with hospitality group Noble 33. It opened on September 17, 2025, inside Loews Hotel Kansas City at 1500 Baltimore Avenue. The name combines the Chiefs teammates’ jersey numbers: Kelce’s 87 and Mahomes’ 15.

What is 1587 Prime?
1587 Prime is designed as an upscale, Kansas City-rooted steakhouse rather than a sports bar or celebrity-themed pop-up. Noble 33 is the hospitality partner, while Kelce and Mahomes are the restaurant’s co-founders. Noble 33 announced the project in March 2024, initially targeting an early-2025 opening; the restaurant ultimately welcomed customers on September 17, 2025.
Mahomes said the partnership grew from the players’ visits to Noble 33 restaurants in other cities. Kelce described the project as a way to create a distinctive dining experience in their home city.

A September 2025 report in The Kansas City Star said reservations were released daily 30 days ahead. That was an opening-year booking policy, not a permanent guarantee; check the live booking page for the current release window, cancellations and any seating requirements.

The Kansas City Star reported a two-floor, approximately 238-seat restaurant, with a ground-floor bar and stage intended for live music. The same report described an upstairs private dining room for about 40 guests. Noble 33’s 2024 announcement characterized the planned venue as nearly 10,000 square feet.

A local identity beyond the owners’ fame
The concept uses Kansas City’s beef-and-hospitality reputation as part of the restaurant’s identity. Noble 33 co-founder Tosh Berman said the team aimed to express the city’s pride, hospitality and enthusiasm for great food while maintaining Noble 33’s design vision.
