What Taylor Swift and Alex Warren won
| Artist | Results established by the official recap |
|---|---|
| Taylor Swift | Seven awards overall, including Artist of the Year, Album of the Year and Pop Album of the Year for The Life of a Showgirl, and Pop Song of the Year for “The Fate of Ophelia.” The seven-award total is reported in the official iHeartMedia event recap. |
| Alex Warren | Song of the Year for “Ordinary,” Breakthrough Artist of the Year, Best New Artist (Pop), and Favorite Debut Album for You’ll Be Alright, Kid. The official results establish these wins but do not state a comparable overall award total here. |
The official results make Swift the clear leading winner; they do not establish Warren as tied with or ahead of her in total awards. The supplied headline misspells Warren’s surname: the correct spelling is Alex Warren.

What the nomination and voting context means
The Associated Press reported before the ceremony that Swift led the nominations with nine, while Alex Warren, Sabrina Carpenter and Bad Bunny each had eight. Those are nomination counts, not final award totals. AP described the awards as recognizing the most-played artists of the year on iHeartRadio stations and its app; that broad context does not explain how each individual category winner was selected.
#1 Best Overall
- Taylor Swift's 12th studio album, The Life of a Showgirl, will be released worldwide October 3, 2025
Some awards were socially voted, but the event was not wholly fan-voted. iHeart identified social voting for categories including Best Lyrics, Best Music Video, Favorite Tour Style and Favorite Debut Album. The distinction matters when describing a specific result: Favorite Debut Album was among the named social-vote categories, while it would be inaccurate to characterize every award at the ceremony as fan-voted.
