Hints for each Hurdle round
Read the clue first; reveal the answer only when you need it.
- Round 1: A popular coffee drink. Answer: LATTE.
- Round 2: A small boat. Answer: KAYAK.
- Round 3: What a king might wear. Answer: CROWN.
- Round 4: The edges of bread or a pie. Answer: CRUST.
- Round 5: Glamour. Answer: GLITZ.

How the five-round game works
Hurdle has five rounds. In the first, guesses show which letters are correct, misplaced, or absent. Solving a round advances you to the next, where the previous answer is used as your first guess. Answers from earlier rounds also provide letter clues for the final hurdle.

A note about repeated letters
Do not use the number of times a letter was highlighted in earlier guesses to infer how many times that letter appears in the final answer. Highlight counts do not reliably indicate repeated-letter counts there.
