How to watch WWE on Netflix depends on the program and country: in the United States, Raw is on Netflix, while SmackDown is on USA Network, NXT is on The CW, and Premium Live Events are on the ESPN App. In most international regions, WWE says all four categories stream live on Netflix, with exceptions.
The phrase “WWE on Netflix” is therefore too broad for a reliable answer. Identify the exact show or event first, then check WWE’s current country-specific viewing guide before opening Netflix.
Key takeaways
- In the United States, WWE Raw is on Netflix, but SmackDown is on USA Network, NXT is on The CW, and Premium Live Events are on the ESPN App.
- In most international regions, WWE says Raw, SmackDown, NXT, and every Premium Live Event stream live on Netflix, subject to country-specific exceptions.
- Netflix programming varies by country because licensing rights differ, so a WWE title available in one region may not appear in another.
- Netflix works on supported smart TVs, streaming players, game consoles, cable boxes, phones, tablets, and computers.
- A Netflix-compatible streaming device can add Netflix to a television without a supported built-in app, but the device does not include a Netflix membership.
Which WWE programs are on Netflix?
Which WWE programs are on Netflix depends on your country. In the United States, WWE’s current official viewing guide separates WWE programming among several services rather than putting every show and event on Netflix.
| Program | United States | Most international regions |
|---|---|---|
| Raw | Netflix | Netflix, live, subject to regional exceptions |
| SmackDown | USA Network | Netflix, live, subject to regional exceptions |
| NXT | The CW | Netflix, live, subject to regional exceptions |
| Premium Live Events Examples include WrestleMania, Royal Rumble, and SummerSlam |
ESPN App | Netflix, live, subject to regional exceptions |
For U.S. viewers, the short answer is: Raw is on Netflix, but WrestleMania, Royal Rumble, SummerSlam, SmackDown, and NXT are not all automatically on Netflix. WWE’s official guide states, “Monday Night Raw continues to call Netflix home.”

How do you watch WWE on Netflix?
To watch a WWE program on Netflix, first confirm that Netflix holds the rights to that specific program in your country, then use the Netflix app or website to find and play the title.
- Identify the program. Decide whether you want Raw, SmackDown, NXT, or a Premium Live Event. The correct service can differ by program, particularly in the United States.
- Identify your country. Use WWE’s current Where to Watch guide because Netflix catalogs and sports rights vary by region.
- Open Netflix if Netflix is the listed service. Use the Netflix app on a supported television, streaming player, game console, cable box, phone, or tablet, or visit Netflix in a supported computer browser.
- Sign in or create an account. Netflix’s official sign-up instructions include choosing a plan, creating an account, and entering a payment method.
- Search for the program. Select Netflix’s Search icon and enter a title such as “Raw” or the name of the WWE event. Netflix says profile maturity settings, language preferences, and regional availability can affect the results.
- Start playback. If the program is available for your country, profile, and plan, open the title and select the live or available playback option.
Can you watch WWE live on Netflix in the United States?
You can watch WWE Raw live on Netflix in the United States, but WWE’s current U.S. distribution guide does not put every WWE broadcast on Netflix. U.S. viewers should use Netflix for Raw, USA Network for SmackDown, The CW for NXT, and the ESPN App for Premium Live Events.
That distinction matters for major events. A U.S. viewer searching for WrestleMania, Royal Rumble, or SummerSlam should not assume that a Netflix subscription provides access. WWE identifies U.S. Premium Live Events separately from Raw and directs viewers to the ESPN App.

Why can’t you find a WWE title on Netflix?
A WWE title may not appear on Netflix because the title is assigned to another service in your country, the event has not reached its local release time, your profile restricts the title, your language settings affect the listing, or a VPN is changing the catalog Netflix displays.
Netflix explains in its guidance on how licensing works that licensed titles may be available only in certain countries or for a limited time. Another company or platform may hold the rights in a particular region. Netflix says its service is available in over 190 countries and regions, but the library is not identical in every location.
If a title is missing, work through these checks:
- Check the rights holder. Confirm the program and country in WWE’s official viewing guide. In the U.S., a missing SmackDown, NXT, or Premium Live Event may simply be on the service assigned to that program.
- Check the release timing. A country may receive a program at a different local time, or a title may be unavailable there because of regional rights.
- Search the exact title. Netflix’s search and browse guidance explains how to search the catalog.
- Check the profile. Maturity restrictions and profile language preferences can affect what appears.
- Check the plan. Netflix says some titles may be unavailable on an ad-supported plan because of licensing restrictions. A lock icon can indicate that the title is not compatible with the current plan; Netflix provides a Plan Compatibility check for the ad-supported experience.
- Turn off a VPN while troubleshooting. Netflix identifies VPN behavior as one possible reason the visible catalog differs. Do not treat a VPN as a way to bypass WWE or Netflix regional rights.
What device do you need to watch WWE on Netflix?
You need an internet-connected device with a supported Netflix app or browser. Netflix lists supported smart TVs, streaming players, game consoles, cable boxes, Blu-ray players, phones, tablets, and computers as possible ways to watch.
| Equipment you already own | What to do | When another device may help |
|---|---|---|
| Smart TV with Netflix | Open the Netflix app, sign in, and search for the WWE title. | If the television is too old to support the current app or the app is no longer available. |
| Game console | Open the Netflix app on the console and sign in. | If the console does not support the current Netflix app or you want a simpler dedicated interface. |
| Cable box or Blu-ray player | Use the Netflix app supplied by the device, if supported. | If the device has lost Netflix support or lacks the app. |
| Phone, tablet, or computer | Use the Netflix app or a supported browser. | If you want to watch on a larger television. |
| Television without a supported Netflix device | Add a compatible streaming player connected to an HDMI port. | Check the television’s available port and the player’s compatibility before buying. |
Netflix’s supported-device guidance warns that some older televisions and streaming devices may no longer support Netflix. A dedicated streaming player is therefore optional, not a requirement for every viewer.

What if your TV does not have Netflix?
If your television lacks a supported Netflix app, connect a compatible streaming player to an available HDMI port, connect the player to Wi-Fi, install or open Netflix, and sign in with your Netflix account.
The Roku Streaming Stick 4K is one possible solution. Roku documents the device as an HDMI-connected, Wi-Fi streaming player that supports HD, 4K, HDR, and Dolby Vision when the television and content support those formats. Netflix lists Roku TV and Roku Stick among supported platforms.
A Roku Streaming Stick 4K does not include a Netflix subscription, does not guarantee access to every WWE program, and is not necessary if your television, console, or cable box already supports Netflix. WWE’s country-specific rights still determine whether the desired Raw episode or event is available.
Do you need a particular Netflix plan?
You need a Netflix account and a plan that allows the specific WWE title to play in your country. The sources reviewed for this guide do not establish one universal current U.S. Netflix price, so the current price should be checked during sign-up rather than copied from an outdated guide.

Netflix says some titles can be unavailable on an ad-supported plan because of licensing restrictions. If a WWE title shows a lock icon, use Netflix’s plan-compatibility information for that title and profile instead of assuming that every Netflix plan has identical access.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. What is the quickest way to find the correct WWE service?
The quickest reliable method is to match the program to the country before opening an app. Use the following decision table for the most common U.S. searches, then verify international availability in WWE’s official guide.
| If you want to watch | U.S. service identified by WWE | Netflix instruction |
|---|---|---|
| Raw | Netflix | Open Netflix and search for Raw. |
| SmackDown | USA Network | Do not rely on Netflix for the U.S. broadcast; check USA Network’s viewing options. |
| NXT | The CW | Do not rely on Netflix for the U.S. broadcast; check The CW’s viewing options. |
| WrestleMania, Royal Rumble, SummerSlam, or another Premium Live Event | ESPN App | U.S. viewers should check the ESPN App rather than assuming Netflix access. |
| Any of these programs outside the United States | Netflix in most regions, with listed exceptions | Search Netflix after confirming the country-specific WWE listing. |
Before you press play
- Confirm the country where you are watching.
- Confirm the exact WWE program or event.
- Check WWE’s current viewing guide for the applicable service.
- Make sure your Netflix account, profile, and plan can access the title.
- Use a supported Netflix device or browser.
- Check again before a major event because rights, catalog availability, plan compatibility, and device support can change.
WWE viewing rights and Netflix catalogs are volatile. Recheck WWE’s viewing guide and Netflix’s title availability immediately before publication or viewing; the guidance used for this article has a recommended freshness window of seven days.
