Peacock access was subject to the plan and access rules in effect during the event. Because this is now a historical event, do not rely on an old price, plan name or sports entitlement. Check Peacock’s current catalog before paying for a subscription: the 2025 Ryder Cup may no longer be available as a complete replay, even if clips or related golf programming remain online.
NBC, USA Network and NBC Sports
NBC Sports was the U.S. broadcast partner and announced more than 100 hours of tournament and studio coverage across USA Network, NBC, Peacock, Golf Channel, NBCSports.com, the NBC Sports app and Ryder Cup digital properties.

How viewers in the UK and Ireland watched
In the UK, Sky UK held the exclusive live television rights. Sky Sports and Sky Go were therefore the clearest routes for full live coverage. The Sky Go option still depended on the viewer’s account, package, device and location, so readers should verify the current Sky Sports terms rather than assume that an old subscription includes historical Ryder Cup replays.
The BBC had secondary rights rather than the complete live-match package. BBC programming included television highlights on BBC One or BBC Two, simulcast availability through BBC iPlayer and live radio commentary through BBC Radio 5 Live and 5 Sports Extra, among other services. In practical terms, BBC television, iPlayer and radio were useful for highlights and commentary, but the BBC should not be presented as a guaranteed full live stream of every match.

Viewers in Ireland should check the local rights and package details before subscribing. UK streaming availability, BBC access rules and Sky terms do not automatically apply in exactly the same way across every territory.

Breakfast at Bethpage was a notable supplemental stream. Ryder Cup Radio and SiriusXM provided audio coverage. Audio can be the most practical fallback for a commuter or a viewer whose local video package is unavailable, but it cannot provide the visual action, shot locations or match graphics of a live video stream.
Time-zone advice for the original schedule
Bethpage Black is in New York and the competition used Eastern Time. The first U.S. tournament coverage on Friday began at approximately 7:00 a.m. Eastern Time. That was about noon in the UK, 1:00 p.m. in Central Europe, 4:30 p.m. in India, 8:00 p.m. in Japan and 9:00 p.m. on Australia’s east coast on Friday, September 26, 2025.

Watching Peacock on a television
Peacock’s television support included Fire TV, Roku, Apple TV, Android TV, supported smart TVs and game consoles during the event. A streaming device was optional: it could make viewing more convenient if a television lacked a supported Peacock app, but it did not provide Peacock access or the rights to the Ryder Cup by itself.
If you already own compatible hardware, install the official Peacock app and sign in with an eligible account. If you are shopping for a device, check Peacock’s current compatibility list first because individual model and operating-system support can change. An optional way to watch Peacock on a Fire TV device is to use a compatible Amazon Fire TV product, but the broadcaster subscription remains the essential part of the setup.

Legality, territory restrictions and VPNs
Use the official broadcaster website or app licensed for your country. Ryder Cup rights are territorial, so a service that carried the event in the United States was not automatically licensed for use in the UK, Canada, Australia or elsewhere.
