Start in LiveReacting’s FastSpring account portal, using the email address you used to buy the subscription. LiveReacting’s public help article does not document a self-service way to change an existing subscription from USD to INR, so if the portal shows no currency-change option, contact LiveReacting support before cancelling or signing up again.
Check your LiveReacting billing account
- Open LiveReacting’s “Where do I find my invoices or change/update payment method?” help article and follow its link to the FastSpring account portal.
- Sign in with the email address used for the purchase. LiveReacting says this portal is where customers can find or edit payment information and get invoices. If you cannot locate the account, contact LiveReacting support.
- Review the account and invoices for an explicit INR selection or currency-change action. Do not assume an INR amount displayed at checkout means the currency attached to your existing recurring subscription has changed.
Understand which currency you are changing
FastSpring distinguishes a buyer’s transaction currency—the currency shown and paid at checkout—from a store’s base currency, used for pricing, reporting and payouts. Its documentation lists INR as a supported transaction currency and USD among available base currencies, but does not list INR as a base currency. FastSpring also says checkout currency depends on the buyer’s location and which transaction currencies the store has enabled; if a currency is disabled, checkout falls back to the store’s base currency. These general FastSpring capabilities do not establish that LiveReacting has enabled INR or that an existing subscription can be switched.
FastSpring documents merchant settings that can let customers change the currency of a quote or invoice. Those settings do not establish that LiveReacting has enabled them, or that changing a quote or invoice changes an existing recurring subscription. Similarly, LiveReacting documents upgrades and downgrades from the Profile page, including a prorated charge for an upgrade, but does not say that Profile settings change billing currency.
Ask LiveReacting support before changing the subscription
If you do not see an INR option in the account portal, contact LiveReacting billing support and ask:

- Can the current recurring subscription be changed from USD to INR?
- Is a currency change available through the account portal, or must support make it?
- Would a change affect the renewal date, taxes or the paid period already in progress?
- Would cancellation and a new subscription be necessary, and what happens to the current subscription if you do that?
The public billing instructions do not settle these account-specific questions. Do not cancel or create another subscription until LiveReacting confirms the applicable process.
What INR support does—and does not—confirm
FastSpring’s documentation also describes UPI AutoPay for recurring subscriptions in India using INR. It says the payment method is not enabled by default and requires the store to enable it. This does not confirm that LiveReacting offers UPI AutoPay. Ask LiveReacting whether it is available for your account rather than treating FastSpring’s general documentation as confirmation.
