Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors2Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute3Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFor monthly listening numbers, open the Amazon Music mobile app and go to Library → Insights. For an annual recap, look for Delivered in Library—for example, Amazon’s 2025 path was Library → 2025 Delivered. Insights and Delivered are curated summaries, not a guaranteed downloadable record of every play.
How to see monthly Amazon Music stats
- Update Amazon Music to the latest version on your iPhone or Android phone.
- Open the app and tap Library at the bottom.
- Tap the Insights icon in the upper-right corner.
- Choose an available Monthly Recap or other insight.
- Swipe through the cards to review your results. Use a card’s share control if you want to post an individual result.
Amazon describes Insights as a mobile-app feature rolling out globally across Amazon Music tiers. Its published instructions are for the iOS and Android apps: Amazon’s Insights announcement.
What Amazon Music Insights can show
The available cards depend on the account and the recap period. Amazon’s documented Monthly Recaps can include:
- Top artists and top songs
- Top podcasts
- Music-listening minutes and podcast-listening minutes
- Number of songs and artists streamed
- Number of podcast episodes streamed
- Top-five breakdowns for artists, songs and podcasts
- “Top Listener” badges for some fans
Not every listener will see every card or badge. Treat the figures as Amazon’s reported highlights for the selected period, rather than an exhaustive event-by-event ledger.
#1 Best Overall
- Your favorite music and content – Play music, audiobooks, and podcasts from Amazon Music, Apple Music, Spotify and others or via Bluetooth throughout your home.
- Alexa is happy to help – Ask Alexa for weather updates and to set hands-free timers, get answers to your questions and even hear jokes. Need a few extra minutes in the morning? Just tap your Echo Dot to snooze your alarm.
- Keep your home comfortable – Control compatible smart home devices with your voice and routines triggered by built-in motion or indoor temperature sensors. Create routines to automatically turn on lights when you walk into a room, or start a fan if the inside temperature goes above your comfort zone.
- Do more with device pairing – Fill your home with music using compatible Echo devices in different rooms, or create a home theatre system with Fire TV.
- Say goodbye to drop-offs and buffering - With eero Built-in, Echo Dot doubles as a mesh wifi extender, adding up to 1,000 sq. ft. of wifi coverage to your existing eero network.
How to find the annual Amazon Music recap
Amazon calls its year-end feature Delivered, rather than Wrapped. For the 2025 recap, Amazon directed listeners to Library → 2025 Delivered. The exact year label, launch date and card set can change with each seasonal release.
The 2025 Delivered experience included:
- Most-streamed artists and tracks
- Top genres
- Top podcasts and favorite audiobooks
- A personalized My Top Songs of 2025 playlist
- A festival-style poster or lineup
- Shareable credentials such as “Trendsetter” and “Headliner”
Amazon said the 2025 recap was for eligible customers with at least a few hours of listening history in supported countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. “A few hours” is Amazon’s wording, not a published exact threshold. See Amazon’s 2025 Delivered announcement for that release’s eligibility details.
If Insights or Delivered is missing
Try these checks in order:
- Update Amazon Music from the App Store or Google Play.
- Confirm that you are signed in to the Amazon account and profile normally used for listening.
- Open Library, not just Home, and look for the Insights icon or a seasonal, year-specific Delivered tile.
- Search inside the app for “Delivered” or “year in review” if the tile is not obvious.
- Listen for additional time and allow the app to synchronize; a recap may not be generated immediately.
- Check country eligibility for the particular annual release.
- Force-close and reopen the app, then try Wi-Fi and cellular data.
- Sign out and back in.
- Reinstall only as a last resort, after noting that downloaded music will need to be downloaded again.
- Contact Amazon Music support if the feature should be available but remains absent.
An unavailable recap does not by itself prove that your account has no listening history. Rollout timing, account eligibility and app version can affect visibility.

Can you see Amazon Music stats on a computer?
Amazon supports listening through a web player and desktop applications, but its verified Insights instructions place the feature in the iOS and Android app. If you cannot find Insights on the web player or desktop app, use the current mobile app rather than assuming there is a hidden desktop menu. Amazon’s general listening options are described at its listening guide.

Does your subscription tier matter?
Amazon announced Insights as a feature rolling out across Free, Prime and Amazon Music Unlimited tiers. An Unlimited subscription is therefore not established as a requirement for viewing personal statistics. Choose Unlimited for its on-demand listening catalog, not solely to unlock Insights.
Why your numbers may not match your memory
Amazon does not publish a complete consumer formula for every Insights or Delivered figure. Differences can have practical causes:
Rank #3
- Meet Echo Dot Max: Experience rich room-filling sound that automatically adapts to your space and fine-tunes playback. Features a built-in smart home hub and Omnisense technology for highly personalized experiences.
- Music to your ears: With nearly 3x the bass versus Echo Dot (2022 release), it fits beautifully in any space, delivering your personal sound stage with deep bass and enhanced clarity. Listen to streaming services, such as Amazon Music, Apple Music, Spotify, and SiriusXM. Encore!
- Do more with device pairing: Connect compatible Echo smart speakers and smart displays in different rooms, or pair with a second Echo Dot Max to enjoy even richer sound. Pair your Echo Dot Max with compatible Fire TV devices to create a home theater system that brings scenes to life.
- Simple smart home control: Set routines, pair and control lights, locks, and thousands of smart home devices that work with Alexa without needing a separate smart home hub. With Omnisense technology, you can activate routines via temperature or presence detection.
- Say goodbye to drop-offs and buffering - With eero Built-in, Echo Dot Max doubles as a mesh wifi extender, adding up to 1,000 sq. ft. of wifi coverage to your existing eero network.
- Listening may have taken place under another household account or profile.
- The recap covers a defined reporting period, while your memory may span a longer time.
- Offline plays may not appear until the app synchronizes.
- Amazon may apply internal eligibility or reporting rules that are not exposed in the recap.
- Clean, explicit, deluxe, remastered and duplicate releases can be treated as separate items.
- Stations and playlists can produce listening results different from tracks you deliberately selected.
- Minutes and play counts measure different things, so they will not necessarily align.
- A recap highlights selected rankings instead of displaying every underlying event.
Use the displayed values as a summary of Amazon’s calculation, not as a promise that every device action or partial play is counted identically.
Can you download your complete Amazon Music listening history?
Insights and Delivered are summaries. Recently played is a convenience browsing view. The official consumer instructions do not document a universal function that downloads every Amazon Music play with its timestamp, device and historical count. Do not treat a recap as a permanent, all-time account archive.
For longer-term tracking
A scrobbling service such as Last.fm can record future listening when tracks are successfully scrobbled to your profile. Its reports depend on that tracking being enabled; a Pro subscription does not reliably reconstruct Amazon listening that occurred before scrobbling began. See Last.fm’s Pro benefits for the service’s stated features and limits.

Personal listener stats versus artist analytics
If you are checking your own favorite songs, use Insights or Delivered. Artists, managers, labels and distributors need the separate Amazon Music for Artists service, which reports performance for an artist’s catalog rather than a fan’s personal listening.
| Need | Correct tool | What it provides |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly personal highlights | Insights | Top artists, songs, podcasts, minutes and selected counts |
| Annual personal recap | Delivered | Year-specific artists, tracks, genres, podcasts, audiobooks and shareable cards |
| Artist catalog performance | Amazon Music for Artists | Streams, listeners, territories, voice requests and exportable reports |
| Cross-service future tracking | Scrobbling service | Charts based only on listening successfully sent to that service |
Amazon Music for Artists defines a stream as a play longer than 30 seconds and says artist data is available from January 1, 2018; those definitions apply to artist reporting, not automatically to consumer Insights or Delivered. Its definitions are listed in the Amazon Music for Artists FAQs.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Choosing the right option
- Use Insights for current or monthly highlights inside Amazon Music.
- Use Delivered for the seasonal, year-end summary when Amazon releases it for your country and account.
- Use Amazon Music for Artists only when you need analytics for music you represent or distribute.
- Use a scrobbler if you want detailed, ongoing charts and are willing to configure tracking before listening.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Amazon Music have a Spotify Wrapped equivalent?
Yes. Amazon’s official annual recap is called Delivered. “Wrapped” is only a comparison; the menu name and cards can change by year.

Can I view previous years’ Delivered recaps?
Amazon’s announcements document year-specific seasonal releases, such as 2025 Delivered, but do not promise a permanent archive of every past recap.
Can third-party apps recover listening I did before setup?
Generally no. Scrobbling services can report activity sent to them; they cannot reliably recreate untracked historical Amazon plays.
What definition of a stream does Amazon use for artists?
Amazon Music for Artists says an artist-reporting stream is a play longer than 30 seconds. That professional definition should not be assumed for consumer recap cards.
The Bottom Line
Open the Amazon Music app and choose Library → Insights for monthly stats. For a year-end summary, look for the relevant Delivered entry in Library. These features summarize listening; they are not documented as a complete downloadable history.
