Set up separate morning and evening live events
- In YouTube Studio, select Create > Go Live, then open Manage in Live Control Room.
- Select Schedule stream. Create a new stream, or choose Reuse settings from an earlier stream.
- Set the morning event’s date and time, title, description, and visibility. Make the title and description clear enough that viewers can distinguish it from the evening event.
- Repeat the process for the evening event, entering its own date, time, and event details.
- Before saving or sharing, review each event’s copied or entered metadata, schedule, and privacy setting. Reusing settings can save setup time, but it does not create a documented recurring morning-and-evening template. YouTube Help: Manage live stream settings
Use the separate event pages when you want viewers to have the correct event time and details for each broadcast. Scheduled events can appear as upcoming; viewers may select “Notify me,” and YouTube may send a reminder shortly before the stream begins. Organize the completed streams into matching playlists
After each broadcast ends, add its livestream archive to the appropriate playlist—for example, put the morning archive in “Morning Live” and the evening archive in “Evening Live.” YouTube recommends organizing livestream archives and highlight clips into playlists. Playlist placement is a post-stream organization step in the documented workflow; the cited guidance does not establish automatic routing based on the event’s time or title. Make the schedule sustainable and clear

What scheduling does—and does not—automate
- Supported in the documented workflow: create scheduled stream entries and reuse settings from previous streams.
- Still an operator task: create or configure the morning and evening event entries, verify their details, and place completed archives into the intended playlists.
- Not established by the cited guidance: automatic recurring creation of both daily events or automatic archive-to-playlist routing. Check the current Studio interface for any newer options before relying on automation.
Choosing a production method—such as mobile, webcam, or an encoder—does not change where you manage the schedule or organize archives: those tasks remain in YouTube Studio.
