If your meditation stream keeps buffering or your BSNL broadband keeps disconnecting, first check whether the problem is limited to one app or device, then compare Wi-Fi with a wired connection. Those tests help separate a streaming-device or home Wi-Fi issue from a broader broadband fault; buffering alone does not prove the BSNL line is at fault.
1. Find out what is disconnecting
When the meditation stream stops, note the time and how long the interruption lasts. Check whether other websites or apps still work and whether other devices in the home lose internet at the same time. If possible, try the meditation service on a second device.
- If only one device or the meditation app fails while other devices and services stay online, investigate that device, app, or streaming service first.
- If several devices lose internet, continue with the home-network checks below; a wider interruption could involve the router, connection, or provider.
Buffering can have more than one cause. Netflix’s guidance, for example, notes that buffering while Netflix plays may reflect a weak or unstable connection or a device that needs an update; that is general context, not a diagnosis of your meditation platform. Netflix buffering guidance.
2. Separate Wi-Fi trouble from a broadband interruption
Test close to the router
Bring the streaming device near the router and retry the stream. If it becomes stable, the wireless path may be contributing. Place the router in an open, elevated location, away from other wireless devices and appliances where practical, and keep the streaming device closer during testing. Google’s advice about moving a Chromecast or Google TV Streamer farther from a television to reduce Wi-Fi or Bluetooth interference is specific to those devices, not a universal instruction for every streaming device. Compare with Ethernet
If the device has an Ethernet port, connect it directly to the router with a suitable Ethernet cable and compare. A stable wired test while Wi-Fi drops points toward the local wireless path, but does not by itself identify whether the cause is interference, router placement or hardware, or the device’s Wi-Fi connection. Check that the cable’s rated speed is not below the speed you expect from your service, as Google advises in its Nest Wifi troubleshooting guidance. A cable is a diagnostic option, not a fix for a fiber fault or provider-side problem.
3. Restart the network equipment safely
- Turn off the streaming device.
- Unplug power from the modem and router. Wait at least 30 seconds before reconnecting them, following Netflix’s general troubleshooting sequence. Equipment instructions may differ: Google’s guidance for its modem context specifies a two-minute wait.
- Reconnect the network equipment and allow it time to come online before restarting the streaming device.
- Retry the stream and note whether the interruption returns.
Do not treat a factory reset, changing provider credentials, or replacing equipment as a universal first step. The guidance available here does not establish those as safe BSNL-wide remedies. 4. Check whether other activity is using capacity
Large downloads, simultaneous video streams, and gaming can compete for household bandwidth. Temporarily pause large downloads and other high-bandwidth activity, then retry the meditation stream. A speed test can add useful context, but one result cannot establish what caused an intermittent dropout.

5. Report persistent or multi-device dropouts to BSNL
Contact BSNL if multiple devices lose internet or if interruptions persist during a wired test after restarting the equipment. The BSNL contact page lists 1800-4444 for Bharat Fiber/Landline support. Its technical complaint form includes the “Bharat Fiber Voice and Broadband” service option. The BharatNet customer-support page also directs customers to their preferred provider for technical help.

When you contact BSNL through its official channels, share service details and practical observations: interruption times and frequency, affected devices, whether other apps failed, Wi-Fi-versus-Ethernet results, and any speed-test results. Note router or ONT indicator behavior without guessing what a particular light means. Support handling can vary by circle and by whether the connection is fiber, DSL, or AirFibre. For light codes, credentials, or other equipment-specific steps, consult the exact device documentation or ask BSNL; do not infer a line fault from an unfamiliar indicator.
