Owen Wilson spoke warmly about reuniting with Jennifer Lopez for Marry Me, describing their earlier on-screen chemistry in Anaconda as something the later film could show was “wasn’t just a fluke.” In another interview, he called working with Lopez “very relaxing.” Those comments give a positive picture of the collaboration, without claiming to know more about his private feelings.
What did Owen Wilson say about reuniting with Jennifer Lopez?

His point was that the new movie revisited a pairing audiences had seen before and demonstrated that their earlier screen chemistry could work again. It is an assessment of the performances and the project, not evidence of a private relationship between the actors. Read the WIRED interview.
How did he describe working with Lopez during Marry Me?
In a separate interview with Moviefone, Wilson described the experience as “very relaxing.” He also said Lopez had taken on many responsibilities and that he “felt that it was working while we were doing it.” Together, the remarks suggest he felt comfortable with the collaboration and believed the film was coming together as they made it.

Wilson also said, “I felt it was kind of believable,” referring to the story premise—not directly to his feelings about Lopez. Read the Moviefone interview.
Why the reunion was framed as 25 years later
Lopez and Wilson first worked together in Anaconda, released in 1997. They reunited on screen in Marry Me, the romantic comedy released in 2022. The “25 years later” description is approximate: the films are about 25 years apart, but the available interviews do not establish that their reunion occurred on a precise anniversary or that they had not seen one another in the intervening years.

What is Marry Me about?
Universal describes Marry Me as the story of a pop star played by Lopez who, after her planned onstage wedding falls apart, marries a high-school math teacher played by Wilson. The contrast between a celebrity’s public life and an unexpected relationship supplies the romantic-comedy premise.
Universal Pictures Home Entertainment announced Blu-ray and DVD editions with bonus material including deleted scenes, a gag reel, behind-the-scenes features, and music features. That release announcement documents the home-video extras; it does not establish where the film is currently available to stream. See Universal’s home-entertainment announcement.
