Short answer: There is no reliable, current public salary table for Howard Stern’s staffers. Howard Stern’s individual staff salaries are mostly not publicly documented. Why the $100 million figure is easy to misunderstand
Sirius’s 2004 filing described the figure as an aggregate annual obligation connected to the Stern operation. The listed components included:

Robin Quivers
Robin Quivers is a longtime co-host and was identified as part of the continuing team in the official renewal announcement. No current salary figure for Quivers was verified in the available public record. [CIT-003]

Fred Norris
Fred Norris is another longtime member of the show’s staff and was named in the renewal announcement. The announcement did not disclose his compensation, and no authoritative current salary figure was located. [CIT-003]

Gary Dell’Abate, the longtime executive producer commonly known as “Baba Booey,” was also identified in the renewal announcement. No authoritative current salary figures were located for JD Harmeyer, Sal Governale, Richard Christy, or the other staffers associated with the show. Fan discussions, net-worth pages, anonymous posts, and unsourced salary lists should not be presented as payroll evidence.
Former staffers should be treated separately. A historical salary claim from an interview, lawsuit, or contemporaneous report would need to be checked against that specific person, period, role, and employment arrangement. It should not automatically be generalized to the current SiriusXM team.

Did the 2026 schedule change affect staff?
A July 14, 2026 report from The Daily Beast said the show was being reduced from three new episodes per week to one, with the new schedule expected after Labor Day.
