Does Kakegurui Twin count toward the 22 volumes?
No. Kakegurui Twin is a separate prequel spin-off, not volumes 23 onward in the main series. It follows Mary Saotome one year before Yumeko transfers to the academy. If you mean both of these identified manga series together, the count is 37 collected volumes: 22 in the main Japanese series and 15 in Kakegurui Twin. That combined figure does not make Twin part of the main sequence.

How many English volumes are available?
The confirmed count of 22 is for the Japanese original. The publisher information cited here does not establish how many volumes of the main series have been released in English, so it should not be read as a count of English editions currently available to buy.
