There is no verified franchise-wide total. Two commonly cited scenes show Ash being kissed: Serena’s farewell in the Pokémon the Series: XY finale, which strongly implies a kiss, and the ending of Pokémon Heroes, where the kisser is identified ambiguously as Bianca or Latias.
Which two scenes are commonly counted?
Serena’s farewell in the XY finale
Bulbapedia describes Serena’s goodbye to Ash in the Pokémon the Series: XY finale as heavily implying that she kisses him on the lips. The kiss itself is not explicitly shown, so it is more accurate to call this an implied kiss than a clearly depicted one. Bulbapedia’s Serena (anime) entry also notes that The Pokémon Company International’s English social account shared the scene.
The ending of Pokémon Heroes
At the end of Pokémon Heroes: Latios & Latias, Ash receives a kiss on the cheek. Bulbapedia leaves the kisser’s identity open: it may be Bianca or Latias. Either way, this is one scene, not two. The Bulbapedia film entry describes the moment; The Pokémon Company’s movie page confirms the film’s context but does not discuss the kiss.
Why there is no definitive total
The two scenes above support a count of two commonly discussed kiss events, not an official or complete tally across every Pokémon episode and film. The available sources do not establish a franchise-wide total, and the answer can also depend on whether a count includes implied kisses, kisses from Pokémon, or scenes in alternate continuities.
