Ridley Scott’s Napoleon: The Director’s Cut runs 3 hours 24 minutes (204 minutes) in Apple TV’s US catalog. Apple says it contains 48 minutes of new footage. That makes “3.5-hour cut” a rounded description, not the precise listed runtime.
