Forbes estimates that she has earned at least $125 million from film, television and commercial work over her career, and separately values her Once Upon a Farm stake at about $55 million around the company’s 2026 public listing. Those are different measures—not a verified tally of her net worth.
Is Jennifer Garner’s net worth really $80 million?
The $80 million figure should be treated as an unverified estimate, not an established fact. Forbes’ reporting does not publish an audited balance sheet for Garner or establish a definitive current net worth. Its estimates instead describe career earnings and the value of one business holding—figures that cannot simply be added together to produce her personal wealth.
Career earnings are income accumulated over time, before accounting for expenses such as taxes and representation costs. A company stake is an estimated asset value, which may change with the market and does not necessarily mean its owner has received that amount in cash. Forbes estimated Garner’s stake in Once Upon a Farm at about $55 million around the company’s 2026 listing; that is not a reported net-worth total.
Where Jennifer Garner’s reported wealth comes from
Film and television
Forbes estimates that Garner earned at least $125 million across her film, television and commercial career. That is a combined career-earnings estimate, not a net-worth figure. The reporting does not provide a complete breakdown of her acting pay by project, so specific salaries or episode fees cannot be reliably assigned from these figures. Forbes’ 2026 report

Commercial and spokesperson work
Commercial work is included in Forbes’ combined estimate. The publication identifies Capital One and Neutrogena among Garner’s commercial associations; Forbes Australia reports that she has been a Capital One spokeswoman since 2014. The sources do not allocate a separate dollar total to either brand, so their individual contributions to her earnings remain unspecified. Forbes Australia’s report
Once Upon a Farm ownership
Garner cofounded Once Upon a Farm in 2017. Forbes reports that the organic food company sells more than 100 products for babies and children. Garner has described the personal motivation behind the venture: “I tried so hard to make my kids’ baby food—and I have help—and it sucked,” she told Forbes senior editor Dawn Chmielewski in 2019. That anecdote explains her stated reason for entering the business; it does not establish the company’s financial performance. Forbes’ 2019 interview
Forbes estimated Garner owned 7% of the company, a stake worth about $55 million around its 2026 public listing at a $724 million valuation. The stake’s estimated value is tied to the company’s valuation and can change; it is not necessarily money Garner has received. Forbes also reported a $52 million company loss for the year ending the previous September. A valuation measures what a company is estimated to be worth, not whether it is profitable. Forbes’ 2026 report and Forbes Australia’s report
Speaking specifically about her company equity, Garner told Forbes Australia: “That is not even something I reflect on at all or ever really remember from one time it’s mentioned to another.” The remark concerned her Once Upon a Farm stake, not a personal net-worth estimate. Forbes Australia

Angel City FC investment
Forbes Australia also reports that Garner was an early investor in Angel City Football Club and retains a very small minority stake. The report does not quantify her proceeds or provide a reliable value for the holding, so it cannot support a numerical addition to a wealth estimate. Forbes Australia

| Figure | What it describes | What it does not establish |
|---|---|---|
| At least $125 million | Forbes’ 2026 estimate of Garner’s combined career earnings from film, television and commercials. | Her net worth or a separate total for each income source. |
| 7% stake; about $55 million | Forbes’ 2026 estimate of Garner’s Once Upon a Farm ownership and its approximate value around the public listing. | Cash proceeds received by Garner or a permanent value for the stake. |
| $724 million | The company valuation reported around Once Upon a Farm’s 2026 public listing. | Garner’s personal wealth or the company’s profits. |
| $52 million loss | Once Upon a Farm’s reported loss for the year ending the previous September, as reported by Forbes in 2026. | Garner’s personal loss or the value of her stake. |
None of these figures accounts for all of Garner’s assets and liabilities, taxes, private compensation by project or any realized proceeds from stock sales. The available reporting therefore supports a picture of substantial entertainment earnings and a significant estimated business holding, but not a definitive personal net-worth figure.
