What HBO’s 2026 teaser revealed
Warner Bros. Discovery announced the HBO Max programming brand spot on December 12, 2025. It promoted original programming and returning series planned for 2026, with never-before-seen footage and first looks. HBO’s official slate listed Euphoria season 3 as an HBO Original drama arriving in April. HBO Max’s announcement confirms the show’s inclusion, but does not describe its individual shots.
A contemporary Tom’s Guide report characterized the reel as two minutes long and said it included never-before-seen footage from Euphoria alongside other titles. The available official announcement does not identify which moments from the show appear, so a detailed scene-by-scene account cannot be verified from these sources.
When and where to watch season 3
HBO announced that the eight-episode season premiered in the United States on Sunday, April 12, 2026, at 9 p.m. ET/PT on HBO, with streaming on HBO Max. The announcement specifies U.S. availability; it does not establish release timing or streaming services in other territories. See HBO’s season announcement for the premiere details.

HBO says season 3 is “the first narrative television series to shoot significant volume of 65mm film.” That is the network’s production claim. HBO also says the expanded image reflects the characters’ move beyond high school into a wider, wilder world; the cited announcement does not specify how much of the season was shot on 65mm.
