Matty Healy — 2015
Us Weekly recounts Halsey’s remarks about the 1975 frontman in a 2015 Billboard interview and describes them as having dated. Halsey said: “I spent a lot of time watching him and he spent a lot of time loving being watched.”
Lido — 2015
Us Weekly also reports that Halsey dated Norwegian producer Lido in 2015. Its account says they continued living together for a period after the relationship ended; it does not establish precise start or end dates.

G-Eazy — 2017 to late 2018
Halsey and the rapper were publicly associated in 2017. The Independent reports a split in 2018, a reconciliation, and a final separation later that fall. Legit.ng places an initial breakup announcement in July and an apparent brief reconciliation in September. Reports about cheating circulated, but the reviewed accounts do not establish it as the confirmed reason for their breakup.
Yungblud — January to October 2019
The Independent places Halsey’s relationship with British musician Yungblud between January and October 2019. In response to speculation after the breakup, Halsey wrote that breakups do not necessarily involve cheating or wrongdoing: “Sometimes. People break up,” she said, adding that life changes and adults can remain friends and move on.

Evan Peters — around fall 2019 to early 2020
Us Weekly reports that Halsey and actor Evan Peters began dating in fall 2019, with breakup rumors surfacing in March 2020. The Independent describes the relationship as ending around February 2020. Taken together, the reporting supports a broad timeline, not an exact end date.
Alev Aydin — around 2019 to April 2023
Halsey and screenwriter Alev Aydin kept their relationship private. In a 2021 Allure interview, Halsey said, “Nobody knew I was dating someone,” as quoted by the Los Angeles Times. They welcomed their son, Ender Ridley, in July 2021. The Times reported their separation in April 2023 and described plans to co-parent.

Avan Jogia — linked from 2023; engagement acknowledged in 2024
Us Weekly reports that Halsey and actor Avan Jogia were seen together in Barcelona in June 2023 and appeared publicly as a couple in October. In September 2024, Halsey referred to Jogia as her “fiancé” in a post. On the Call Her Daddy podcast, she described his proposal in Barcelona.
A September 2026 Legit.ng article says they remain engaged. That current-status claim comes from one outlet in the reviewed coverage, so it is best understood as that outlet’s report rather than independent confirmation.

Why this is a public-record timeline, not a complete list
Halsey has pushed back against demands for a detailed account of her relationships. In a 2018 NME interview, she criticized disproportionate scrutiny of queer relationships and said people were “not entitled to a dated and detailed history” of her sex life. The chronology here therefore includes only relationships documented in the cited public reporting; it should not be read as exhaustive.
