Gwen Stefani shared a post-Thanksgiving selfie on Instagram Stories on November 28, 2025, showing husband Blake Shelton kissing her cheek, according to reports by Parade and AOL. The image was reported after the holiday; the original Story was not independently verified, and Instagram Stories may no longer be available.
What the 2025 Thanksgiving photo showed
Parade reported that Stefani posted the selfie to her Instagram Story on Friday, November 28, after Thanksgiving. Shelton appears to kiss her on the cheek. AOL likewise described the image as a cheek kiss after the couple’s Thanksgiving celebration.
These details come from the outlets’ accounts of the image, not from an independently verified copy of the original Story. Neither report establishes why Stefani shared it or what either person intended the photo to communicate.
Keep the year straight
Thanksgiving kiss photos involving Stefani and Shelton have appeared in earlier coverage, too, but those were separate moments:

What the photo does—and does not—establish
The reports describe a Thanksgiving-season selfie and a cheek kiss. That is enough to identify what the image was said to show, but not to infer the couple’s motive, treat the post as a response to rumors, or use one photo to prove a broader claim about their relationship.
