How the tour schedule changed
Frontier Touring announced the Australia and New Zealand leg on 1 September 2024, initially highlighting five major Australian arena shows and Abrams’ New Zealand headline arena debut in Auckland. The schedule later expanded with additional dates in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth. Chugg Entertainment’s 6 September 2024 notice described the additions as final and said no further dates would be added.
What the original announcement said
The announcement-era context was The Secret of Us, Abrams’ 2024 album. Frontier Touring reported at the time that it debuted at No. 1 on the ARIA Albums Chart and No. 2 in New Zealand, and that “Close To You” received three million Spotify streams in one day. The promoter also cited more than seven billion global streams and referenced 23 dates in Abrams’ North American run. These are figures from Frontier Touring’s 2024 announcement, not updated totals or current chart positions.
#1 Best Overall
- Gracie Abrams returns with the deluxe version of her sophomore album, The Secret of Us, released via Interscope Records
Frontier Touring also noted that the album includes “us,” a collaboration with Taylor Swift, and said Abrams would rejoin Swift on the road in Canada and the United States in October 2024 as the opening act on the final Eras Tour dates.
Ticket-sale information is historical
For the 2025 shows, Frontier Touring scheduled an American Express presale for 3 September 2024, a Frontier Members presale for 5 September, and general public sales for 6 September. Those dates describe the original sale schedule only. The shows have passed, and the archived itinerary does not indicate current ticket availability.
