Gov Ball’s Saturday, June 7, 2025 schedule changed after the festival announced a weather delay. Its initial announcement said doors would open at 4:30 p.m.; later reporting put the opening time at 4 p.m. BrooklynVegan reported that six early acts were removed and Marina, Artemas and The Lemon Twigs became the day’s first sets. The complete final timetable is not available in the surviving reports cited here.
What happened on Saturday, June 7
The festival attributed the delay to “predicted weather.” Secret NYC reported that a Gov Ball Instagram announcement appeared around noon ET and quoted it as: “Due to predicted weather, doors will be delayed until 4:30pm. Please delay your arrival and plan accordingly. Stay tuned for the updated schedule!” Secret NYC’s June 7 report also listed the original Saturday schedule.
A later update reported a change to the door time: BrooklynVegan said the opening moved from the announced 4:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. BrooklynVegan’s June 7 coverage also described the revised early lineup.
Which sets were removed or became the first of the day?
BrooklynVegan reported that the revised schedule removed six early artists:

The same report said Marina, Artemas and The Lemon Twigs would now play the day’s first sets. These are reported lineup changes, not a complete transcription of the final timetable.
Original Saturday times are not the revised schedule
Secret NYC’s schedule gives the original posted times for early performances: School of Rock New York at noon on the GovBall NYC Stage; Glasshouse at 12:15 p.m. at The Grove; Monobloc at 12:30 p.m. on the Kiehl’s Stage; Die Spitz at 1 p.m. on the GovBall NYC Stage; and The Backfires at 1:15 p.m. at The Grove. These are the pre-change times, not revised set times.

The original schedule continued through Olivia Rodrigo’s listed 8:30–10 p.m. performance. That listing does not, by itself, establish whether later sets shifted or confirm the final times after the delay. The reports cited above do not reproduce a complete final revised schedule in searchable text.

The official Gov Ball website identifies Flushing Meadows Corona Park in Queens and currently presents 2026 event information. It is not a verified archive of the complete 2025 revised schedule. A New York State release published June 18, 2025 discusses expected weather from June 19 onward, a separate period that does not document conditions behind the June 7 delay: New York State Governor’s Office release.
