What happened to Gordon Ramsay?
In a video posted on June 15, 2024, Ramsay said he had been in a “really bad accident” while bicycling in Connecticut earlier that week. “It really shook me and honestly I’m lucky to be here,” he said, according to The Guardian’s report on June 16.
Ramsay did not describe how the crash happened. The contemporaneous reports do not establish whether another person or vehicle was involved, where on a road or route it occurred, or what caused it.
What injuries did Ramsay report?
Ramsay said he was bruised and in pain, but had no broken bones or major injuries. In his video, he showed a large bruise on his torso and images of a damaged helmet and torn clothing.
