Its package name is com.goojara.totraillermovies. That identity matters: other apps and websites use the Goojara name, and the name alone does not establish that they are the same product.
What is Goojara – Movies & TV Browser?
The app, listed on Google Play under the developer label PrinceG Developer, is described as a free, ad-supported entertainment browser. Its listed features focus on finding information about films and series, including browsing by genre, year or popularity and viewing posters, trailers, ratings, cast details, release information and summaries.
The listing does not clearly document every possible tracking or watchlist feature, so do not assume those functions are included. Google Play marked the app as containing ads and gave it an Everyone content rating in the listing captured on February 1, 2026; store details can change.
Does it stream or download full movies?
No—not according to the app’s Google Play description, which says it does not host, stream or download movies or television shows. It is advertised for discovery and entertainment information, with trailers among its features. A trailer is not the same as full-length playback, and the listing does not support promises that the app provides free access to new films.

If an app screen or an external page offers full movies, treat that destination as separate from the app’s stated function. External links may have their own licensing, privacy and security issues.
How to identify the app—and avoid name confusion
Before installing, compare the listing with these identifiers:
- Name: Goojara – Movies & TV Browser
- Developer label: PrinceG Developer
- Package name:
com.goojara.totraillermovies - Store: Google Play listing at play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.goojara.totraillermovies
Google Play also displays SAIDA TRANSPORTATION LLC in developer information. That listing detail does not, by itself, prove ownership of the broader Goojara brand.
“Goojara” is not a unique product identifier. Goojara-branded websites advertise streaming or downloading, while Goojara Plus is a separate app listing. The relationship, if any, between those products and this movie-browser app is not established. Shared branding is not proof of shared ownership or functionality.

Is the Goojara APK safe?
The lower-risk installation choice is the Google Play listing, when it is available for your country and device. Store distribution is preferable to an arbitrary APK download, but it is not a guarantee that an app is harmless or that its privacy practices suit you.
Third-party scan results offer limited, file-specific evidence:
- APKPure reports security checks for its listed version 1.0.0 and gives these file hashes: SHA-256
27a1027d3e1c27d92f690d979c0566055c7001f836e336828821aff17a279efa; SHA-10472adf2a8be20ca16296d0a3cf78ba56b80db00. - Softonic reports a clean VirusTotal-based scan for a file named
com.goojara.totraillermovies_1.0.0.xapk, with a scan date of February 24, 2026, and reports the same hashes.
A clean scan is not a permanent safety guarantee. It does not prove that a file came from the original developer, that future updates will remain safe, that the app’s privacy practices are acceptable, or that advertisements and external links are safe. Hashes are useful only when comparing the exact file you have with a trusted reference; a mismatch means the files differ, not that you know why.
What does the app disclose about privacy and permissions?
Google Play’s data-safety section reflects the developer’s disclosures, not an independent privacy audit. In the listing captured for this article, the developer says that no data is shared with third parties, while also saying the app may collect device or other IDs. It says data is encrypted in transit and that collected data cannot be deleted. “No data shared” therefore does not mean “no data collected.”

Softonic’s permission metadata includes network permissions such as android.permission.INTERNET, android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE and android.permission.ACCESS_WIFI_STATE. A third-party index also reports advertising-related identifiers and other app-specific permissions; that index is not a definitive permission record. Check the current Play listing and the permissions shown on your device before installing, and be wary of a copy asking for access unrelated to its stated browsing and trailer features.
Version, file format and compatibility
Third-party directories identify version 1.0.0, but their package details differ. APKPure reports Android 7.0 or later and a file around 26 MB; Softonic lists a 27.28 MB XAPK. APKPure records February 16, 2026, while Softonic’s February 24, 2026 date is a security-scan date, not necessarily an app release date. These differences may reflect package format, mirror processing or metadata timing; they do not establish a newer official release.
Check Google Play for the current version and whether it is compatible with your device. A reported minimum Android version does not guarantee operation on every phone, tablet, Android TV device or processor type. Play availability can also vary by region, device, account settings and the developer’s distribution choices.
- APK: A standard Android application package that may install directly.
- XAPK: A format that may bundle the base app with split APKs or additional resources, and may require a compatible installer.
- Google Play install: The store handles the components it distributes and can provide updates through the listing.
How to install it with less risk
- Open the Google Play listing.
- Confirm the app name, PrinceG Developer label and package identity,
com.goojara.totraillermovies. Review the current data-safety details, permissions, ads disclosure and version. - Install from Google Play if the listing is available and compatible with your device.
- For updates, use Google Play or a source that can demonstrate the authenticity of the package. Do not rely on a “latest version” label alone.
If Play is unavailable and you are considering sideloading, use only a reputable source and compare the package identity and file hash where possible. Scan the exact file with reputable security tools, and do not install it if the permissions seem unrelated. Android’s unknown-app installation setting varies by version and manufacturer; if you enable it, grant permission only to the specific app that needs it and disable it afterward. Do not use a random installer for an XAPK, and avoid anonymous “mod,” “premium unlocked” or “ad-free” builds.

Common problems and what they mean
The app does not appear in Google Play
Possible explanations include regional restrictions, device incompatibility, account or parental-control settings, a changed listing or removal from the store. Check the exact package and listing first; an APK mirror is not automatically the right substitute.
An APK installs but an XAPK does not
An XAPK may include components that a basic APK installer does not handle. Do not solve the problem by installing an unknown package manager. Prefer Play, or proceed only if you trust both the file source and the installer.
You see ads, redirects or reports that playback does not work
The app is labeled as ad-supported. AppBrain has user-directory comments mentioning heavy ads and difficulty playing full content, but these are anecdotal reports, not a controlled test or a verified description of every user’s experience. Close suspicious redirects, do not follow prompts to install unrelated software, and do not grant unexpected permissions.
You expected full-length films
The official description says the app does not host, stream or download films or series. Its stated role is discovery and information, so it is a poor fit if your main requirement is full-movie playback.

Is it legal, and is it a good fit?
The app’s Play description presents it as a discovery tool that does not host, stream or download movies. That description alone does not establish the licensing status of every trailer, metadata source or external destination. Goojara-branded streaming websites are separate products; their legal status depends on content licensing and the law where a user lives. The Android app’s listing is not proof about those sites, and the sites are not proof about the app.
Consider the app if you want an ad-supported catalogue for exploring titles, people and trailers and are comfortable with the developer’s stated device-ID collection. It is a poor fit if you want full-length free streaming, an ad-free experience, a well-established independent privacy record or a product with a long, clearly documented reputation. The available information does not establish a paid subscription or in-app purchase proposition; the listing describes the app as free and containing ads.
For legal discovery or viewing, use established services that identify their own catalogue and licensing arrangements. Availability, content, advertising and pricing differ by country and can change, so check the provider directly rather than assuming one service is available everywhere.
