Netflix said production returned to the Dublin area. The same update includes a behind-the-scenes image that hints at a possible Paris detour, but it does not confirm a full filming itinerary or establish Paris as a principal production location. Netflix had earlier announced that filming was underway near Dublin in a February 23, 2026 production update.

What the creators have previewed
Co-creator and showrunner Alfred Gough said, “We want to continue digging deeper into our characters while expanding the world of Nevermore and Wednesday.” Co-creator and co-showrunner Miles Millar added, “We will be seeing more Addams family members and learning more family secrets in Season 3!” These comments point to broader character and family stories, but they are not a detailed plot synopsis.
New cast members named by Netflix
The September 2026 update names Lena Headey, Andrew McCarthy, James Lance, Winona Ryder, Chris Sarandon, Noah Taylor, Oscar Morgan, Kennedy Moyer and Eva Green among the new cast. Netflix identifies Green as Aunt Ophelia, Morticia’s sister.

Why the wrap does not reveal the premiere
A production wrap confirms that filming has ended; it does not provide a release schedule. Netflix has not said how long the remaining work will take or assigned the season a premiere period. Claims that Season 3 will arrive in a particular year or season should therefore be treated as speculation unless Netflix announces that timing.
