Georgie and Mandy’s confirmed relationship timeline begins with their wedding in Young Sheldon and continues in Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage, where they raise a young family and navigate married life. The Big Bang Theory is later in the franchise chronology, but the available official sources do not establish a complete account of Georgie’s later marriages or say whether Mandy is among the ex-wives he refers to.
When do Georgie and Mandy get married?
The wedding takes place in Young Sheldon in the episode “A Proper Wedding and Skeletons in the Closet.” A CBS News notice dated April 11, 2024 identifies the episode and says Georgie and Mandy get married: CBS News’ wedding episode notice. That publication date is the notice’s date, not an in-universe date for the wedding.

What happens to their relationship in Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage?
The sequel series follows Georgie and Mandy as they raise their young family in Texas while dealing with adulthood, parenting and marriage. CBS describes the show as a sequel to Young Sheldon: CBS’s series overview.
Season 2: work and family pressures
CBS’s official Season 2 guide lists episodes from October 16, 2025 through the finale on May 21, 2026. Its summaries describe tensions involving Georgie’s tire-store partnership, Mandy’s weather-presenter job, Georgie’s jealousy, parenting and family concerns. In one storyline, the couple acts together when Mary’s relationship becomes a concern. Those synopses establish continuing shared family and work plots; they do not, by themselves, establish a breakup or divorce. See the CBS episode guide.

How does The Big Bang Theory fit?
In franchise order, Young Sheldon is a prequel to The Big Bang Theory, and Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage is a sequel to Young Sheldon. The Associated Press describes those connections while introducing the sequel series, which follows the young parents and their newborn daughter as they adapt to married life: Associated Press franchise context.
That franchise order does not fill in every later relationship event. The official sources cited here do not establish the exact dialogue or episode evidence for Georgie’s later marriages, identify his future ex-wives, or confirm whether Mandy is one of them. It would therefore be misleading to present a complete later-marriage sequence—or a definite Mandy breakup—as settled canon on this evidence.
