These dates are historical, not an upcoming schedule. HoYoverse presented the festivals as part of its broader Summer With Genshin campaign, which also included online and convention activity.
When and where were the festivals announced?
HoYoverse’s announcement, posted on HoYoLAB on June 16, 2023, described two-day Genshin-themed events in France, the United States, and Germany. The schedule and venue details given in the announcement were:

What was planned for the Summer Festival?
The announced festival areas were to bring together Genshin Impact activities, entertainment, and fan-community programming. Plans included playing the game, listening to its soundtrack, cosplay and stage shows, making and viewing fan art, photography, special-menu food, and activity rewards. The locations were also to include gaming, music, food, photography, merchandise, and fan-art sections.
Paris: music with Yamaha
For the Paris event, HoYoverse announced a collaboration with Yamaha Music Europe. Visitors were to have the chance to learn and play Genshin themes with professional musicians.

Berlin: an evening program
The Berlin schedule was described as an “Evening Extravaganza” with fireworks. The announcement also said local talents and artists would contribute to the events. These were program descriptions in the announcement, not independent confirmation of what ultimately took place.
What did the announcement say about New York?
It gave the dates, July 22–23, 2023, but identified the site only as “a famous landmark in New York City.” The announcement text does not support naming a more precise venue.

Was merchandise available?
The announcement mentioned merchandise sections at the festival locations, but it did not name specific products, prices, or current listings. A separate official fan-art contest announcement included Genshin Impact merchandise among its prizes; that does not establish what was sold at the festivals.
